Dr. Brown is so patient and kind and knows how to talk to kids! She always makes my kids feel heard and gives them opportunities to explore while answering all their questions. I cannot say enough about our experience with her!

This is THE place for eye care. The staff are warm and exceptionally knowledgeable. One even found an insurance benefits I did not know I had! As a FAA certified pilot, accuracy takes on a much importance for me. Prescriptions are always accurate. Their processes are quick without feeling rushed. As I worked through the exam, the tech and doctor seemed to enjoy my questions about my eyes and the processes. Have been telling my friends for years about this wonderful local service.

The front desk staff at Rowe Family EyeCare is kind and welcoming. The optician is friendly and thorough. Dr. Sierra Mattox takes her time during exams and thoroughly answers any questions you have. Please keep your business model and training of staff the same; it is greatly appreciated by your patients.

Super disappointing experience. I had a lot of hope considering the good reviews, so I want to make it known my experience. I tried to schedule an appointment for my daughter who is 4. They were booked out months, and made it extremely difficult to schedule and I got a lot of attitude for not being willing to pull my daughter out of school to make it work for them. My appointment comes around, I got a weird message the day before saying they were going to cancel, so I tried calling twice before her appointment and left a voicemail and NEVER heard back to confirm the appointment. I wasn't going to drag both my kids their to possible have the appointment be canceled. I then get a call 5min after her 'scheduled' time with a lady giving me a ton of attitude for not showing up. I explained I tried calling and never heard and I got a weird message the day before saying they were going to cancel. I cannot believe the attitude these people have and hypocrisy for giving me attitude for not showing up when they can't pick up their phone. Will not be going back.

Dr. Linda Kindsvatter, Nick and Jennifer were incredibly supportive and very professional. I highly recommend this practice and their services. Special thanks to Jennifer for exceeding my expectations with unparalleled service.

Stopped by Dec 23 asking for one emergency box of trial/sample contact lenses for my son for our flight tomorrow. Its Christmas week and ordering understandably will take 5 to 7 business days. Considering after 20 years of being patients @ Rowe Family Eye Care, they would be a bit more understanding and compassionate of the circumstances. Front desk says the new administration's policy is to only give to patients that buy from them (buy @ Costco its way cheaper!). Dr. Horning, previous owner & who happened to retire 2 years ago wouldn't allow this to happen! Not going back. New management is greedy, heartless, & lousy customer support (not the office you want to deal with when you get into a bind). Went to another eye doctor and not having to beg; they happily gave me 4 boxes!!!

Rowe Family Eye Care was recommended to us by a friend. We couldn't have asked for a better place! My 8yr old daughter was due for her checkup and Dr. Brown took great care of her! The front desk and staff were so accommodating, compassionate and caring! They went out of their wat to contact my insurance and figure out the discrepancies that were one fix of a number! I will be scheduling an exam for myself! Would highly recommend this office to any and every one!
