I love coming here with my children, the Doctors are Great!! Compassionate and welcoming; Ana who works at the desk is Amazing!!! She is always on top of everything and willing to help us. The minute we walk in she recognizes my children by their names and makes them feel comfortable and welcoming. I will recommend this office to any parent especially parents that has children with disabilities.

I been in this office at lest 3 times. I always laugh when I bring my grandmother. The whole office is amazing I seem to have the name of Anna's daughter or son from the front. The office was amazing unfortunately, I have to take my grandmother somewhere else now due to her glaucoma

On 3rd and 8th of this month, I had surgery on both of my eyes. I was shaken and a little worried about the procedure. To my satisfaction and amazement I was pleasantly pleased with the results of this mans (Dr. Boris Ovodenko) Godly hands..... He's truly a GOD send. He told me that I'd see better in time but, I'm seeing the effects of his work instantaneously. Kudos to you and your profession. Blessing on your business, life and all you undertake. I encourage all those who have eye issues to seek a professional but start with this doctor first. Kudos doc. Kudos!!!

Love Dr. Arias, do not like the receptionist Anna. Don't believe all the random reviews that seemingly love Anna, she is rude. I switched offices after a bad experience with Anna and the supervisor. It's a shame, this office has genuinely good doctors, but a nasty front desk. I would have left it at one star, but I like Dr. Arias, so I gave it a second star.

Was looking for AI Doctor my primary Doctor recommended South Florida eye institute. Little did I know that I have found the perfect eye doctor. The office manager by the name of miss Anna welcomed me with open arms. Miss Anna made my eye doctor experience AMAZING.Ms.Anna and her are very experienced and passion about taking care of the patients. Just sorry I did not know about them before now. Thank you Lady Anna,Dr. Boris and staff. Miss. keep that radiant smile you are one in a million. .

Wow..!! I thought mine was an isolated incident. But it seems this is the norm there. I had an eye emergency and couldn't find anything the same day. They fit me in. I was attended by Dr Amanda who is amazing as a Dr and a person. Professional, compassionate and very detailed in explaining everything. The problem there is getting to get passed reception. I have never in my life experienced anything like this especially with one in particular I think is Anna. (Red hair) Not sure but the worst. I arrive was asked for a copay I inform them that I'm all paid up. She very abruptly says no copay, I won't let you see the Dr. Fine, I can't deal with this drama so I pull out my card put it on the counter. Mind you, no one is reached for it. "That's no way to do it. You hand it over.." I'm beginning to fume and asked "what..!? Are you kidding me.?" "If you don't hand it you won't see the Dr." Trying to keep my composure I pick it up and hand it to her as if she were dealing with a 10 year old kid. She dares to ask me where I'm from, I say NY. "Oh, no wonder." I see the Dr. I told her everything and she tells me I'm not the first and she's been spoken to but will be again and is also from NY. The Bronx. I'll say no more. The Dr wishes to see me in a week which would be after being out of work on a medical for four months. "Can you come on Friday.?" So I call out sick my first day back at work. I get there and it's all the same again with this obviously very miserable woman. Again the experience with the Dr amazing. I told her I wanted to continue seeing her but I can't deal with their reception. Wants to see me again but I hesitate and tells me, "if you're feeling better just call me instead and let me know." A few days later I get a call. "You had an appointment today." I certainly did not. She claims I confirmed when I never even got a reminder to confirm on. "Well, you'll be charged $75 for a no show. Yeah, right. I said let me talk to a manager. This was just too much already. "What, to complain about me.?" And starts to laugh alongside someone next to her and bam. She hangs up. Ironically at that time I have another call from the same number. Now what.? Miraculously it's the Dr checking on me and I explained everything. She asked me to please come in. I agreed. At the reception I received the same reception. But it got uglier. To her short comments and coaxes I asked why are you here.? You shouldn't be working with people. Her response, "I bet you don't even like women." Yes, you read right. That's when I lost it. How dare you ask me that.? But if you're trying to oust me, well too late. I am gay and that is not your business. But it's women like her that make straight men turn gay. I was livid. The Dr spent much time with me outside of treating me consoling me because I was close to hysterical. She was kind enough to escort me out a back door but I told her I was very sorry but I couldn't continue to go there which I had already decided to do so at first. I wish I could speak to the owner but know I won't since any communication has to go through her first. So, my advice is ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK...

I would like to thank everybody here at this tamarac office the staff was remarkable Dr Amanda was amazing very wonderful Karen people I don't know how to thank them from the bottom of my heart I'm only 55 and I have to have eye surgery and she put me at so much ease I would like to thank her and her wonderful staff thank you so much and I'll see you soon

I had an appointment for me and my sister and the service was amazing. Ana help get us in same day and the doctor was awesome. Great place
