This place is a godsend! My vision started to deteriorate a few years ago and no one could explain why. I came across this office 2 years ago and was diagnosed with Keratoconus and it's been amazing ever since. Last year I had a serious health scare where a blood clot was in my brain and caused me lose sight and Dr Rasehki was swift in getting me diagnosed and fast tracked through the ER. She was even kind enough to call to ensure a neurologist was on site! I love this office and everyone that works here.

From the moment of my arrival and checking in, everyone was very courteous and displayed excellent customer service.
Liz, the fantastic technician started the exam was very good at instructing me how to position myself.
Dr. Brianna Rhue, one of the BEST doctors and the reason I keep coming back, always explains things to my understanding.
Melissa the person who fitted me with my measurements and helped me select my glasses (which I really like) is truly a professional and is exceptional at what she does.
West Broward Eyecare in Tamarac, Florida gets my seal of approval and is a great place to get your eyes examined and the other services they provide.

This was my first visit to west Broward Eyecare in Tamarac, let me tell you that the experience was amazing the entire staff made you feel welcome and they care especially doctor Sara she explained everything about what is going on with my vision and the lady that helped me with picking out my glasses(can't remember her name) awesome job and I found a home for my eye doctor and don't l have to go to those store front doctors for eye exams no more.

I've been a loyal customer at this eye clinic for years, but my job recently switched insurance providers. When I visited for my exam halfway through, the receptionist informed me that they used to accept my current insurance but had not renewed it. She assured me that the manager would renew it when she returned.
A few days later, I called back to inquire about the status of my insurance. To my dismay, I was put on hold for over an hour. When I finally reached the receptionist, she brushed me off, stating that they were still working on it and would contact me in two weeks.
Frustrated and disappointed, I drove from Miramar to Tamarac just to visit the clinic. Upon my arrival, I was still on hold. The receptionist, after a brief conversation, informed me that they were still working on the insurance issue and would contact me in two weeks.
I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused by this situation.
