Dr. Nicolas Zaunbrecher at Tampa Eye Clinic is absolutely phenomenal. I had a horrible stye that would not go away with ointment or hot compresses, and he ultimately had to excise it. From start to finish, he made sure I was completely comfortable and didn't feel any pain during the procedure. He's incredibly down to earth and easy to talk to, which immediately put me at ease. What really stood out to me is how much he genuinely cares. He goes above and beyond, thinking through things beyond what I even originally came in for. He's thorough, attentive, and truly takes his time with his patients. I'm so grateful for his expertise and the care he provided. Highly recommend Dr. Zaunbrecher if you're looking for someone skilled, compassionate, and thorough!

It's retirement home ! Employees move slower than their old patients too. Do not show up a minute early. Cause regardless you're going to be waiting a hour after your appt time to see an eye doctor.

From the moment I walked into Tampa Eye Clinic at 3000 W MLK Jr Blvd in Tampa. I was impressed by the staffs professional and caring approach. Especially Tina, who was the first person I had contact with there. She made me feel completely comfortable. Every experience there has been amazing. The surgery center staff is equally professional and caring. Dr Nicolas Zaunbrecher Is a very skillful surgeon who clearly loves what he does. He successfully treated my severe cataract that had caused blindness in one eye. He did the second surgery two weeks later. He changed my whole world! I would recommend Tampa Eye Clinic to anyone looking for skillful, professional, and caring staff !!!

Ferlita I'd like to begin by expressing my gratitude for the courtesy, friendliness and assistance with which I was greeted by staff when I arrived for my appointment two weeks ago. My pre-op appointment was met with a little disappointment and concern. The technicians (both very nice) who were assisting me could not take accurate measurements because of my dry eye syndrome. I was, of course, concerned and discouraged that perhaps Dr Reynolds would not be able to perform my surgery. Met with Amber Harmon, your Clinical Manager, before I left. She was patient, she listened and was knowledgeable about how to address my concerns. She embraced the problem and assured me that it would be remedied. She met with me the very next morning at 7:30am so I didn't have to interrupt my work schedule. She took the measurements herself and got clearance for my upcoming surgery. She was most instrumental in getting this whole experience going in a positive direction. She went the extra mile to correct my dilemma when it probably was not in her job description to do so. She was focused on solving a patient problem and that was what was most important to her. Amber is an asset to the Tampa Eye Clinic Organization. Being in health care myself, it is so gratifying to see good health care in action. I congratulate the Partners and the Management Staff at Tampa Eye Clinic, for having an employee like Amber who knows how to deliver excellent patient service. Ferlita And, as an aside comment, a few days ago, I insisted that one of my friends cancel her appointment elsewhere and secure an appointment with Dr. Reynolds. I assured her it would be well worth it. Sure enough she has thanked me profusely for referring her to Dr. Reynolds. The excellent patient care at Tampa Eye Clinic starts with physicians like Dr Reynolds and carries over to the way patients are treated by support staff like Amber Harmon. Thank you again!

Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Staff in waiting room were ok. Only negative experience was the wait to be seen. I arrived 1:35pm and waited at least 45 minutes to be called on and watching those that came after me being called to be seen. If I did not notify one of the staff to let them know I would have waited longer. I did have a great visit with Dr Reynolds who was recommend by one of my family members.

I'm a 79 year old patient and Tampa native who's been using the Tampa Eye Clinic since I was 16 years old, about 63 years ago. Clearly, their service, care, and treatment has kept me returning year after year. They are exceptional professionals, and very friendly and caring. Every visit is a pleasant experience. They have cared for me through various eye procedures and surgeries that come from a lifetime of normal eye care. I continue to enjoy fine vision in both eyes thanks to their stellar services. I was very impressed with my experience with Dr Reynolds and employees. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They explained every procedure they were doing and the best part was their timing. The company was run like a well oiled machine. Dr. Reynolds and his crew should teach other doctors how to run their offices more efficient and prompt. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds to everyone.

I was having a non-serious issue with my eyes and called Tampa Eye clinic. They were able to provide me with a same-day appointment with Dr. Zaunbrecher. After a minimal wait, the tech checked me in and prepped me for the doctor. Dr. Z performed a thorough evalution, disgnosed my symptoms and perscribed a straightforward treatment.
