Everyone at this facility is friendly, positive, and uplifting. Dr. Summerton explained everything so thoroughly and truly listened to my concerns. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Everything about billing and cost was explained in detail and the optician was kind, charming and efficient. We are so happy to have found our new Florida eye family at Lange.

Took my Autistic son here today. The staff were very kind and patient with him. Taking the time to understand what he was try to say and how to communicate with him. It was everything I (as a mom) and my son needed from a facility. Only down side is how expensive the glasses are there.

Disappointed. Repeatedly long wait times in the lobby and exam room. Today my husband checked in at the kiosk and received confirmation. He sat there for an hour then the staff told him he was not checked in and he would need to wait to see if the Dr. could squeeze him in since it was so far past his appointment. No apologies from the staff despite the malfunction of their equipment. We are done here. Time for a new practice. They have complete disregard for patient's time. Both Dr. and patient time should be respected.

My experience at Lange with. Dr Caputi has been amazing. You may have a wait some days but the examination process is thorough and questions are answered. Crystal Webb in the optical dept is so helpful in both helping pick out glasses that look good and fit and dealing with insurance issues.

A very nice facility and friendly staff. There is a reason they are in the Villages. I went for a routine eye/contact exam. They wanted me to pay $160. JUST FOR THE CONTACT EXAM....on top of what they were paid by insurance for my eye exam. I have NEVER paid that much. My appointment was at 3 and I was seen at 4:10 and was out at 4:25. Plan on quite the wait. They also sell their own products. You decide.

I didn't have time to pick out new frames but did see the selection was big. I'm very pleased with my visit and overall experience.

Extremely happy with lange eye institute, they got me in the same week when everyone else that accepted my insurance told me 2 months until I can get an appointment. Maybe that was luck but idk.... they took me back fast I didn't have to wait at all. The lady that helped me pick out frames was great and I didn't feel rushed at all. I will definitely be going back when the time comes
