The entire office experience was top of the line. Greeted & signed in by friendly staffer. (Same friendly, pleasant @ sign-out.) My appt was within 5 mins of scheduled. Technician was friendly & informative throughout. Dr. Miranda more than willing to explain all & offer recommendations... "what's real, what's now, what's not." An entire office committed to patients & providing necessary information. I will keep going back!

Dr. Miranda is fabulous! He is extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He took a lot of time with me, addressed all of my concerns, and answered all my questions. All members of the staff, including those at the front desk, are delightful. A wonderful experience. Thank you all for your care!

St Luke's is the best, had great outcome with my cataract surgery. I look forward to my annual check ups, friendly staff, and I love Dr. Miranda! Highly recommend.

feels a bit like a factory. took 4 months to get the appointment, then they told me i have to come for another visit, with a different dr., scheduled another 3 months out, before they will even schedule my actual YAG procedure, which is a 5 minute simple in-office procedure. i can't schedule the actual procedure itself until after that next visit, so i assume that will be yet another 3 months! the doctor seemed great, but that's just too much. maybe a $$/visit thing? going to look for smaller, more personalized care.

I have gone to St. Luke's Eye Care ever since we moved to FL. We have seen several different doctors over time, and had various procedures done. Everyone we have dealt with, at the Brownwood location as well as in Lake Sumter Landing, has been pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. They take time to make sure you understand what they are doing/saying, and can work around almost any problem or scheduling need. Just a great bunch of individuals, and every time I go there I meet even more of the staff who are caring and committed to a positive experience.

Always a professional, pleasant experience with Dr Miranda. Office is clean and usually they are very timely. On this particular visit, they were about 30 minutes behind, which was fine, but it would've been nice when they came to get you they simply say " sorry for the delay". Totally understand things happen.

Dr Miranda is high energy, pleasant and aware of his patients and their needs. He was the third doctor I saw today (other problems) and he knew me, my problem and spent time going through the best suggestions for my situation. Just a great doctor!
