I had made an appointment three weeks ago, and when I got to the office and they put me in the room And told me they don't take my insurance. The assistant was a mature lady with very short hair and really did not care that the office did not do their job. On the way out, I told her this was not a way to conduct a business,And then I left, but I came back to make sure that I didn't get charged for the visit and she was actually laughing about the situation with the girls at the front desk. What a horrible place and a horrible experience. I would not go here.

First: Ellen was the patient not Mark. The first person who called me back and did my work up never smiled and talked so low I could not hear her and did not look at me when she spoke. If you want people to feel like they are the patient and not a number my suggestion would be more training. Everyone else was great and friendly. Dr. Banker was very professional and thorough. Also, I was just informed that my regular Dr. in the Englewood office had left and my next appointment would be with a different Dr. I feel that I should have received some kind of notification to that effect?
