I wanted to share my experience at The Eye Associates, Venice location.
The friendly, helpful attention at the front reception desk immediately made me feel comfortable. I went to have a punctoplasty procedure performed on my right eye by Dr. Chelsea Knapper, DO, Opthomology. I was a little nervous initially, but that quickly faded as Dr. Knapper clearly walked me through the procedure step-by-step, putting my mind at ease. A thank you to Dr. Knapper and her staff, they are top knotch!

I had a concern with my eye. I called for an appointment, talked to a real person, and got an appointment for the next morning. I didn't wait long to be taken to an exam room. The person who talked to me was very nice and efficient. Then the doctor came in and took his time diagnosing my problem, making sure he covered all the possibilities. I was prescribed two medications that would help my problem, and I was out the door in 45 minutes total. The check-in and check-out women were pleasant as well.
