I had such a great experience with Dr Elise Kramer and her staff! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The exam was incredibly thorough, and I really appreciated how everything was explained in a way that made sense. After years of struggling with poor vision in one eye, I'm beyond excited to finally be getting my scleral lenses! The team took the time to make sure I fully understood how they work and ensured I'll be comfortable once I start wearing them. I truly appreciate the care and attention they provided, and I highly recommend them.

My eye doctor retired and I needed to find another doctor ASAP! Called Weston Contact Lens Institute and was able to get an appointment the next day. When I entered the waiting room, I was greeted by the receptionist, Shevonne. She was very kind and helpful. I saw Dr. Elise Kramer who gave me closure to my eye issues. I've been dealing with dry eyes since menopause and she had a natural solution which helped me. I'm also prone to styes and Dr. Kramer gave me another natural solution to help me get rid of it. She is very intelligent, open minded and gives you several options with your healing process. I love that Dr. Kramer uses a wholistic approach to eye care. I'm looking forward to seeing her for my follow-up appointment. Thank you Dr. Kramer for taking such good care of me.
