Absolutely the best customer service. Very friendly each visit. I did my laser surgery with them back in 2021 and my vision is perfect. The doctors actually care about your vision it's not just money to them. I was told no 3 times and they helped me get my eyes in better condition for the surgery. They did a full check on my eyes each visit before telling me yes. The best money I ever spent!!!!!

I have not been to this office in a few years, this is where I originally started coming to, to bring my parents. Then I was being sent to the Oakland Park Office. I don't really care for the Oakland park office. For some reason or another, I would always, always, always have to wait at least 1 hour more than my scheduled appointment which nobody likes to. Yesterday I came to the Weston office and immediately was greeted by the receptionist in a very clean environment. Their desks were so clean. No clutter of anything. I was impressed with that. Then I only waited not even 5 minutes after I registered my father and we were taken care of. Thank you Weston office. Both offices to me are about the same distance but I would keep going to the Weston office.

Biggest issue i have is the wait time for every follow up visit after surgery. I always waited an hour (State 84 office) in super uncomfortable furniture/outdated office with no wifi. I scheduled my last appointment for weston office and was waiting 1 hour & 20 minutes...i left work like most of us and was so frustrated to wait this long again that i wwlked out and will never go back. 4 appointments = about 6 hours in super outdated/uncomfortable waiting room. Dr in my opinion was very condescending in my opinion.
