Dr Ross is very thorough and caring. My whole family, from my child to my elderly mother, has seen Dr. Ross for their eye care. His recommendations for specialty care have been spot on. His staff are always pleasant and helpful. I can highly recommend Dr Ross.

I was referred to Dr Ross 20 years ago by a friend who did a lot of research on optometrists all over the country because of the serious vision issues he was having. He gave me 2 names and Dr Ross was one of them. I picked Dr Ross because he was closer. I got very lucky because I too had a very serious challenge with my contact lenses. Dr Ross is so helpful in getting the right solution for the situation. Dr Ross is an hour away from me, but you know why I have continued to make the trip over these 20 years? Because Dr Ross is worth it!

I came to my first appointment not knowing what to expect based off my bad experience with previous eye doctor. However, this 1st office visit restored my faith in doctors. Dr. Ross and staff took their time with me. Explained my eye conditions and gave me ways to improve my conditions. The team was very pleasant from start to finish. I would recommend this office to anyone wanting that good "ole" customer service. Thank you for this new faith in the medical system. I'm forever grateful.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr. Ross! I use prescription glasses since 9 months old, but around 28 yo I just decided not to use it anymore. After more than 10 year neglecting my need of prescription glasses, I got in a point where I just needed it! Many hours looking to a computer, headaches, difficult to drive at night... Luckily I found The place to go! They are extremally knowledgeable and professional, that gave me the security and support I needed. I did many tests and checks and had Dr. Ross answering all my questions and concerns! Lovely people plus very professional and knowledgeable, I hope you check on them too, I have sure you will love it!

After seeing so many positive reviews and living relatively close I came to see Dr Ross who is absolutely one of the best eye doctors I've been to. Dr Ross took his time to find a problem with my eye that has been bothering me for over a year!!! I would also love to commend the staff for the very quick and compassionate appointment which literally saved my quality of life immediately following this visit. The doctor also provided me with a different prescription for my eyes and corrected my lenses all for a reasonable cost. Highly recommend anyone looking for a great eye doctor in the winter park area. He's also very personable.

Great experience! I hadn't had an eye exam in many years so did not know what to expect. Dr. Ross and staff are professional, upbeat and cheerfully answered all my questions. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I opted for the series of three eye exams to establish a baseline for future visits. Dr. Ross thoroughly explained the results, showing my results on a tablet and comparing them to photos of various pathologies he had posted on the wall. They walked me through all my options so I could make informed decisions and talked abut a plan for future visits. Highly recommended!

I've had many eye doctors over the years. Dr Ross is amazing with me and has also been seeing my son since he was 9. Always friendly staff too! I trust them completely!
