first and foremost, I wanna start by Saying catrice And the staff at this location are beyond amazing. I embarrassingly enough showed up for an appointment that was almost 2 weeks too soon and miss.catrice Accommodated me after scaring her that she had forgotten about me due to my hectic work schedule, but her and the team took me right in serviced promptly and beyond treated like family. I will recommend this location to anyone and everyone I used to come here growing up as a child Pearle vision was our place so to go back as an adult and to be treated so kindly and like my situation mattered is just something you cannot put a price on. I highly recommend this location. I highly recommend Pearle vision. This office needs an award or something. Thank you again.

Had my first visit here to get contacts for the first time but the visit itself took over an hour that I did not have time to train with the optometrist to put on contacts so they asked me to book a second appointment to come back.
They charged me $90 for my first visit and I emailed, called, and texted for an itemized receipt but have not heard back at all. The email address on their website doesn't even work because my emails bounce back and no one gives you a call back or picks up.
I ended up cancelling my appointment because I wanted to know if they'd charge me again for that 2nd visit for my contact but they never responded. they haven't even followed up to confirm that my contacts came in that they would order

I miss Marjan since she transferred to Tampa, but the new staff was great! The eye doctor was literally was of the best doctors I have ever seen. She did a bang up job tweaking my contact prescriptions. She is the best and super nice! Totally took her time and was happy to provide me with the best experience! Thank you!!!!

They are too expansive. I made the wrong choice going to Pearl Vision/Family First Vision. There is other companies that have specials that is affordable. I was charged for pictures that I was not made aware of before it was done. Those pictures are not required, I've had eye exams done before that is covered, no charge with insurance. It should have been the basic eye exam. I should have been made aware so that I can make the choice if wanted to proceed with the examination. The ladies provided excellent customer service. The specialist who was fitting me for the glasses refused to give me a copy my prescription because I told him that I was going take it somewhere else and get glasses. His exact words was you'll get it when you pay the $39 for those pictures. Pictures that were not necessary. Oh yeah I said I wasn't paying that because you should have made me aware of that cause wouldn't have went through with the examination!!!

I've been receiving eye care services for over 45 years, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The technician was rude, dismissive, and condescending. She spoke harshly and seemed irritated when I asked questions about my eye conditions and prescription. Based on this experience, I will not return or recommend this location to others.
My goal in writing is to bring attention to her behavior, as it's unacceptable to treat paying customers this way, regardless of personal issues. As an African-American, I can't help but wonder if racism was a factor. My experience in 2024 was vastly different from today, and I felt that the technician's attitude toward me may have been influenced by my race. I'm saddened to bring this up, but I can't understand why I was treated this way. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
