Very impressed and grateful! We saw Dr. James Podschun and his lovely four-legged assistant through the InfantSEE free check-up for my 5-month-old. He examined my baby's eyes and didn't feel the need to dilate them or do further testing, as everything appeared to be fine. He also didn't push any unnecessary interventions.
He was truly wonderful--he listened to my concerns and then reassured me that my baby is developing well. He said that if anything changes, we can simply come back. Thank you, Dr. Podschun!

This office has been great from the first day! Dr. Ball is patient, detailed, and kind! The front desk staff has always been pleasant but specifically Yohan in the glasses department! Dr. P was friendly and thorough with her examination. She took the time to explain the anatomy and my corrective lense options. Front desk was helpful in getting the most discount with using insurance and rebates. Overall great experience. I am a new patient, and so far I've really liked the doctors and everyone else in the office. However, my first impression of the receptionist, Zy, has not been positive. In both of my visits, my interactions with her have been unpleasant. She comes across as rude and as though she doesn't enjoy her job. Her attitude has made my experience feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Other than that, everyone else has been very nice and helpful.
