The moment I walked in the front door, I was politely welcomed. Check-in and within 10 minutes I was called back. The medical staff was excellent answered all my questions. Dr. Kaufman was professional and made me feel extremely comfortable, answer any and all questions. The scheduling department and checkout was top notch as well.

Everyone was very helpful & showed genuine concern for me. Desk personnel were top notch. New computer system was a problem for staff & clients. Kaufman Eye Institute gets an A+ rating from me. Feb. 25,2026: Have been receiving eye injections for the past several months by Dr. Moscoso. Each appointment takes longer and longer to the point that yesterday's was over 3 hours! Why so long when the doctor is with me for less than 30 minutes? Signs in office say " allow 3 to 4 hours for Dr. Moscoso appointments " Why?
