The eye exam was great! When picking out the frames and lenses the employee was little help and didn't quite know how to search for glasses. When it become time to pay she charged me $260 suggested that I didn't need to use my insurance. After a brief hassle she used the insurance and I paid $60. I left feeling I was being scammed and will not be back.

I was in Athens on business trip and got an eye infection on Sunday before leaving back home. I was in pain and it looked like I got punched in the face. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Nguyen on a Sunday. It was a little difficult scheduling appoint online since I have no insurance and I had to say use existing patient information (which I am not a patient) so they should add a private pay option. Once I got in everyone was very nice and I was seen right away, Dr. Nguyen was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns as I had to drive to ATL airport to catch a flight. She provided me exactly the antibiotic and steroid need to subside the pain and get my eye looking normal again. Bonus was the pharmacy was going to take a while and Dr. Nguyen wrote her personal mobile number for them to call. Within 10 minutes at pharmacy I had the drops needs and the pain stopped. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Frank Day & Associates for any eye issue especially on weekend.
