Five Points Eye Care

From the moment we entered the Five Points Eyecare office to when we checked out, everyone we encountered was kind, courteous and professional. Dr. Nadine Forche was exceptionally accommodating to my sensitivities and needs. She took time and patience to address all my questions and concerns, as did her assistant, Ellie. I've been to many eye doctors in the past and can make a good comparison. My examination was thorough and all aspects of it were explained along the way (a very unusual occurrence). Dr. Nadine, thank you so much. You deserve many more than just 5 stars.

Special thanks to Five Points Eye Care for their outstanding service. I had an eye emergency that I feared was a detached retina. They got me in immediately, and fortunately my problem was not serious. I've used them for years, and refer all my patients, staff, and family to their office. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their entire staff helps provide a great experience. They couldn't be any better, I give them my HIGHEST recommendation! Glasses are expensive but service is great. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. My cousin and I went back together to pick up glasses. Service was actually crutty. The woman handed both of us a bag with our glasses as if to say "here now go". She did not bother to have either of us read anything or see how they fit. Well I got home which is 70+ miles and they don't work. Have done business with this establishment for many yrs . Nate always waited on me and he provided royal service. The smoothness of the visit, and I was confident at each test location of cleanliness and knowledgeable techs, who were gentle and kind and patient! The ladies in optical listened and cared about my concerns with my glasses. I appreciated their level of knowledge and ability to give me help in order to make sure my lenses were correct and allowed me see better.

Dr. Nadine Forche ALWAYS takes time to educate, explain and address any concerns. Office is busy yet well - organized. Everyone takes my time seriously. Fortunate to be a decades long patient!

The office was able to accommodate an emergency visit with no issues. And Dr. Forche was very patient and helped put my son at ease while treating his injury. Everyone is very helpful and provides great service.

First off, all staff was incredibly kind to me. Secondly, I was fit into their busy schedules for an eye emergency. Third, I felt completely taken care of, with everyone wanting the most accurate diagnosis. They also saw my son for a regular eye exam. He's quirky with various sensory issues. They were respectful throughout the entire process and I'm so thankful to everyone.

Dr Forche is outstanding and the staff are all very professional. Highly recommend these guys!
