Just an amazing experience for me. Warren and his staff are super friendly, helpful, and responsive. Very thorough exam and informative. I found them quite helpful with navigating my budget vs what they want to sell. Just wasn't expecting it to be this smooth and it was. Took my son on Monday evening at the last hour before closing. We worked with the manager and he was very nice. He asked if it was my son's first pair of glasses and he explained everything very thoroughly, the type of lens he'd need and he made suggestions on a good fit of glasses. Unfortunately we were unable to use insurance because they only bill Medicaid on certain days so I had to pay out of pocket but the glasses weren't too expensive. I don't remember the managers name but he was very nice and good to work with. I can tell he's very knowledgeable. Also, I left my phone and he kept it safe for me. Thanks!
