I was very disappointed with this place. The Dr is nice, freindly, and professional but the front staff ......? So I came in for an appointment and that day, everything went nicely. Updated my paperwork. Also, I picked out some new frames and wanted to have another pair and a pair of sunglasses updated. The system was down. I was told they would call me on Monday with pricing info and I could pay then.... Now leading to the appointment I received plenty of reminders via text.... Anyway Monday comes and goes... a few weeks go by and so I called them. I asked why? They told me they called the house number?????? I updated my paperwork with my cell and hadn't used my landline in YEARS. Plus they did contact me for reminders... It made no sense. I received the new glasses but the sunglasses and the other pair were not touched. After I tried the glasses on for fitting... they told me to come back in for any adjustments... Well.. not in this lifetime. Hell no! I will not be coming back.
