I had an appointment for 5:30. I walked in at 5:40. The lady at the front desk stated I was late and past the grace period. She acted as if she had already planned to cancel my appointment. I didn't feel like they wanted to help me at all. I've been to other offices and never felt like this. I don't think she knows the meaning of customer service.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at America's Best! . Juaquita, was truly exceptional. We brought in a pair of glasses for Warranty repair and she was able to fix the lens that popped out herself. We also needed to purchase a pair of glasses. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable. She took the time to understand my needs and ensured I was fully satisfied with my selections. The store manager, Terri, is amazing. Her dedication to customer service were evident throughout my visit. She made sure everything ran smoothly and that I received A+ service. I highly recommend visiting the Howell Mill America's Best! Thank you, Juaquita and Terri! You both are the BEST! And I won't be going anywhere else for my family's eyewear

My experience with this eye doctors office was the great. Juanita was most helpful from all the staff. She was very patient with me in selecting my eye glasses and she explained the lenses that I needed in a way I could understand. I will gladly make sure anyone that anyone I come across needing eye care services will come here.

The staff here is A1. From the walk in I immediately connected with one of the staff members because we are both from the Bronx. She helped me to find another frame that fits my daughter's current lenses. Also the staff gave me some solid advice for my daughter that is new to Atlanta and trying to navigate high school. This location has the best staff. Compassion is everything and loving on the customer. May God bless the staff.

Im new to Atlanta and I had the best experience at this location working with Brittany. She is amazing. She knows how to make you feel welcomed and feel good about what you are purchasing.
