Zina was absolutely amazing and very informative. She was able to assist me with my new insurance, while being extremely personable. She tightened an old pair of my frames while I waited. She then offered me to get my old frames adjusted with my new prescription. Great addition to this office and another reason while I keep shopping with Americas best even after the logo change .

I came in around last week for an eye exam at this location. It was also my first visit to America's Best. I felt like I was in good hands throughout my visit. Demetries helped me tremendously in choosing my new frames. I just picked up my glasses, it took a week for me to receive a call from them. I did have the option to purchase a case for my glasses. Which surprised me because I used to receive a case with every glasses I received from my previous optometrist. I am highly satisfied with the customer service of the team. Will be coming back for my next eye exam!

A young lady named Arnae helped me before my exam and answered any questions I had for her swiftly and professionally. The doctor was kind and reassuring of the health of my eyes and a young lady named Zina aided in the checkout process. Absolutely my new favorite location and will be returning!

Today I had one of the swiftest experiences at an AB location to date. I've purchased AB glasses for years due to the scale of their locations nationwide and friendliness of their staff regardless of the store I've been to. Today, Dina and her entire team (literally, not metaphorically) were extremely attentive and replaced my glasses using my insurance policy. I was able to get back to my office in Buckhead within the hour. Highly recommend this group of young professionals and this location.
