The entire staff is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. From the optometrist Dr Anderson has the best spirit and demeanor. I definitely felt very comfortable with how quick and smooth the exam went. To store manager Ms. Tan Was absolutely amazing! And so very helpful to me. Her customer service was beyond top. Tier definitely went above and beyond to assist me and make sure that my glasses were accurate to perfection. Along with the supporting staff Jasmine, Shadonna David, Alex and Justin. Each one was so attentive and took care as well and making sure that not only myself but the other customers were satisfied with their lenses and receive the best possible customer service possible. I had a previously less than pleasant experience and another American's Best location and Ms. Tan made it right! To step into this environment and be so warmly greeted, welcomed, handled with care and precision was not only refreshing but so greatly appreciated. Thank you to each of you and all those who are not mentioned by name specifically - each have/are doing an amazing job! Keep up the good work!!

I would give 0 stars, but I have to leave a review. Dr O was great! He very personable and caring. The Manger is very harsh and aggressive. The staff acts like you're bothering them. My wife had to come back 4 times to have her glasses fixed. Jasmine was great and made sure error were corrected. We were there for 4 hours. We will not be returning. The service here is not great!!

The service was very good. I made an appointment and they handled me in a timely fashion.

It was truly a horrible experience. I have been coming here to this location over 15 years. I woke up one morning and my eye was very watery. Plus I needed to get some new contacts. I came in. He told me to get he told me to get over the counter drops to put in my eye the doctor. After the examination. I did and a couple days later my eye was even redder than it was before an extremely irritated I went back in. He gave me a prescription. The eye is no longer red. But it's extremely irritated again and watery. We're going into the third week. They keep you on hold! They don't call you back even though they take your information. The doctor didn't call me back even though they said they gave him the information. I need this to be taken care of my left eye. It is no longer red but it is extremely watery at discomfort. Once this is taken care of I will never ever ever come to America's best not this location again! Please can someone do what they say they're going to do. What I can have this matter taking care of. It is extremely uncomfortable to have watering eyes even though it's no longer red. But it's irritating and watering. We're going into the third week of this. I hate to go to another doctor, but I definitely will and I will do everything possible to make sure that this does not happen to anybody else like myself. I've been a customer and a patient for a very long time at America's. Best. This was the worst experience that I am still experiencing with you guys. They don't call back. They don't give your information to the doctor and if they did that doctor doesn't call back. All I want is my eye to get better and heal!! Don't go to this location and at this point right now I don't even want to use America's best anymore and that's a shame because I've always been satisfied. But then again I've never had an eye infection so I see how they handle it

David -Alex and ASA are the most welcoming, respectful individuals at this location they have profound Customer Service, Funny, Hardworking,Dedicated, Professional. They know their customers and will go above and beyond to get you setup in your glasses or contacts

Dr. Carla Anderson gave me to high of a prescription and didn't want to accept responsibility when i complained. I ended up going to another eye doctor who took the time to get me my correct prescription. I will never return to this place. Save yourself time and money just go somewhere else. Continuation.... So it's been over 2 weeks since I reached out to the corporate office as they asked me to regarding my initial review. I'm so DISAPPOINTED in lack of customer care and common sense. If I could give this place a zero I would twice. I responded to the corporate office respond to my original post with the who, what , when, where questions...all through email. They told me that the district manager would reach out to me, which never happened. The corporate office response makes it seem like they're concerned with customer satisfaction, but in reality is just a way to keep you quiet and hoping you'll forget and move along. Meanwhile, these reoccurring incidents keep happening with no responsibility or accountability taken on their end. I don't know if it's just this location or the company in general, but just read the reviews and take your business elsewhere. I 100% stand behind what I'm saying.

I was greeted immediately as I entered but that was immediately offset by a strong smell of cannabis and funk. There should be air freshner in the store to create a pleasant environment. The Pretest was typical , the pre-tester just seemed to go through the motions. The Dr. eye exam and consultation was really awesome! This is my 3rd time in 3 years at this location and the Dr quality has remained awesome but the front of the store could use some improvement from a house keeping perspective. Install an air purifier , a diffuser or some type of mechanism to prevent the air from being so heavy and unpleasant.
