The staff is exceedingly kind and accommodating, Dr. Gupta and Dr. Reid are great and always make me feel comfortable and answer any questions I have, and the glasses selection is always fantastic. Derek was engaging and friendly from the second I walked in the door. He made eye contact and I was made to feel very welcome. I happen now n by chance actually. I had been turned away from America's Best ( where I was a customer well over a decade ) I had an old pair of designer frames I wanted to have my into reading glasses. I explained the situation to Derek and he immediately told me what he could do for me, and not what he couldn't. He told me that he can have them for me in one week. I was overjoyed! I even tried on a beautiful new pair of Dior glasses I'll probably be back for. Thanks Derek for making this so easy on me!

I've been seeing Dr. G for several years. She is always extremely thorough and never rushes my exams. She listens to her patients and is never satisfied until all issues are totally resolved. She's professional, knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. This extends to the support staff at Ansley as well. They are always on top of things and provide exceptional customer service, whether it's picking out the best frames or getting new lens installed. Highly recommend this great group of folks.

First appointment today and had a wonderful experience. Saw Dr. Reid and felt so well taken care of. Then had the pleasure of shopping for frames with Kyle. He helped me narrow it down and pick the best new frames...as well as splurging on some new sunglasses. One of the best surprises was learning that the store also has a very chic, very nice section of gift items. Won't be ordering contacts online anymore... need an excuse to drop by to pick up my contacts, and shop the adorable selection of gifts for friends...and myself! I thoroughly enjoyed my eye doc visit today, which is weird because who enjoys the eye doc?!? Seriously hidden little gem in Ansley Mall. Can't believe I waited this long to pop in.

This place is amazing! I am a physician and have my own practice so I know how difficult it is to provide good service and patient care in a comfortable environment. They are all very professional and friendly concomitantly.
I get so many compliments on my cool glasses I got there. Recently I ordered more glasses and after I had them for one week, I realized that I did not like the way they felt or looked on my face. I sheepishly asked if I could return them. They more than willing allowed me to and replaced them with another pair that I absolutely love (all without making me feel bad for such an imposition. )
They all participate in picking out great frames for your face and style and have a ton of fashionable frames.

I moved back to Atlanta in 2015 and have been trying a different eye doctor every year just waiting to find someone I actually like. I have absolutely found my new home at Ansley Eye Care. Dr. G and all of her staff are extremely personable and you can tell that they want to make sure every single person who walks through the door leaves having had a great experience. On my first visit I wanted to discuss getting contacts. Kyle was so patient and beyond helpful as he taught me how to take them in and out. Also, they are always on time! Too many times I've made an eye appointment only to arrive on time then spend 30-45 minutes waiting in the lobby. Not at Ansley Eye Care. Each time I have come in it feels as if everyone was expecting me and were all extremely welcoming and they got me back right away. Though I haven't bought any frames from the store yet, there have been several that have caught my eye and it seems like they really have a great selection all around! Thanks again to the whole team! You guys are all fantastic!
