My experience with Dr. Kiran Bandali was excellent and truly reassuring. From the start of the appointment, Dr. Bandali was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood my eye health and any next steps without feeling overwhelmed or rushed. What truly stood out during my visit was the ophthalmic technician who assisted me before seeing Dr. Bandali. Although I unfortunately didn't catch her name, she was absolutely amazing. This was my first eye exam, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She explained each step, checked in with me often, offered breaks when needed, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Her calm and sweet demeanor helped ease any nerves I had and made the experience feel supportive rather than intimidating. Dr. Bandali continued that same level of care by being thorough, approachable, and attentive. She encouraged questions, listened carefully to my concerns, and made the appointment feel collaborative rather than transactional. Her calm and knowledgeable approach built a strong sense of trust, and I felt confident in the care I was receiving. The overall experience with the office and staff was excellent. Everything was efficient and well-organized, yet nothing felt rushed. I left the appointment feeling informed, relaxed, and genuinely grateful for such a positive first eye exam experience. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Kiran Bandali and her team to anyone--especially those who may feel nervous or are having their first eye exam. The level of patience, kindness, and professionalism made all the difference.

I truly enjoyed seeing Dr. Bhandali again this year. She's very friendly and always makes sure that I have all questions answered. Very thorough. . Even the team at Lenscrafters made my appointment worth my time and were extremely friendly. I appreciate the effort they took to make me feel welcome. I even purchased a pair of glasses. They always exceed my expectations and have truly set the bar.

Jon did an amazing job in helping me get my prescription glasses and with me dealing with insurance issues. Dr. Patel was awesome too. Yes, I will come back. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Always a pleasure! I look forward to my annual visit with Dr. Koran Bandali every year. She is consistently patient, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure my prescription is accurate. Today, I also had the pleasure of meeting a new face, Ms. Shanon. She was incredibly kind and patient--so much so that I didn't even notice the air test coming during our great conversation! The LensCrafters team at this location is always exceptional. I especially look forward to seeing Ms. Nicole, who is always pleasant, stylish, and helpful. She has assisted me for the past few years and never fails to make sure I leave looking and feeling my best. Lindsy was wonderful as well--she greeted me immediately at the door and had my prescription updated before I could even ask. Overall, it was another excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was wonderful. Dr. Vo was very professional, patient, and detailed. The store had a large selection of glasses to choose from. I was very pleased with the service I received from the warm welcome coming in until check out.

I was extremely tired after working a very, very long day, so I scheduled an appointment for the end of the day. The staff and Dr. Patel were all excellent. They took time to explain things they made me feel like I had real options and I left very satisfied. I will definitely be returning.

Dr. Patel and Selam are the best! I always have a pleasant experience when I come for my appointment. They were very professional and prompt. Dr. Patel listen to my concerns and Selam was very nice and patient with me as well. I've been a patient at this location for about 5 years now, I love it here.
