Dr. Rachael Sweeney, OD

I love love love this eye care center. I have been going to them for the last few years and I have a great experience every time. The staff is really friendly and I am always in and out before I know it. While all that is well and good what I like most is Dr. Sweeney, while I am a late adopter to new tech, he is not and I love that he is always telling me about new technologies in optometry. The reason this is important to me is he is someone who loves his work and is always looking for more options for his patients. And while my answer is often "maybe next time" I like know that the person I trust with my eye health is a doctor who is engaged in the work and genuinely cares.

Always a great time getting my eye exam and picking out new glasses at Insight. I've been going here for the past 8 or so years, I've also referred a lot of coworkers to see the folks at Insight. Ashley and Jeremy do a great job with helping pick out new frames that look great on me. Dr Sweeney is extremely precise with his exams, he believes in communication between him and his patients.

I absolutely love Insight Vision. They are always available to answer questions and always take great care of me. They immediately know my name and face whenever I walk through the door or call in with a question. Dr. Sweeny works with me to get me whatever drops/glasses/exam I need and always is considerate of my time and the price. He makes sure to give me any discount coupons or anything else that is available - which is much appreciated for a poor student! When ordering contacts or glasses everything arrives promptly and they even repaired my glasses once when needed new lenses, free of charge. Everyone here is kind, friendly, and willing to help. I drive 20 minutes out to this place just for the excellent care I know I'll get here. Highly recommended!

10 months later and my daughter can still not see through glasses prescribed and filled by this office over 5 times. They can't seem to get it right, and are no longer trying to do anything about it- I have suggested a solution and they will not do it, nor will they refund us for the prescription. I had the same experience last year with my own prescription at their office- it took them 3 times to get it right. They will not do anything further for my daughter, so we are out $1,000 and facing having to go elsewhere and start over again and pay for it out of pocket again. BUYER BEWARE. Run as fast as you can from this practice!

They are really expert it's a great experience.
