The experience was overall good. The exam was more comprehensive than I expected, and it was very thorough. The doctor explained everything that I needed to know regarding my personal health and how it affects my eyes. He was very knowledgeable and also very friendly. The only downside was that the receptionist was very short and not very friendly on the phone, but it's not enough to dock a star

Coming from a bad experience at a another eyewear store, Dr. Vaishnav was kind, patient and attentive. No longer delays in seeing me. She was knowledgeable, skilled and competent. She listens well, explains things well. Also, helpful staff and efficient.

1-The store is closed from 2-3 for lunch but when I arrived everyone was eating in the lobby area 2-The ladies were talking very unprofessional while customers were in the store 3-The representative picked up the wrong line and started speaking to a customer when she realized what had happened instead of apologizing she said "Oh Just Kidding" 4-The Dr was great very attentive, helpful, courteous I truly appreciated having a doctor. It was able to provide me that type of service.

Unfortunately, I left this appointment feeling very dissatisfied. I paid out of pocket in addition to using my insurance for several tests, scans, and contact lenses. Despite that, the office would not provide my pupillary distance unless I ordered glasses directly from them. This policy feels unnecessary and unfair to patients.
