Last year, I went to Thomas Eye Group and was given the wrong glasses, which I struggled with for an entire year. I explained that I couldn't see well in them, but was told they don't take glasses back.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ray's office! Everyone was so kind from the front desk, the opticians, and Dr. Ray. Dr. Ray explained things very well to me and made me feel very comfortable. I had some images of my eyes taken to avoid having to have my eyes dilated and the imaging was explained to me thoroughly. The technician that took the images was very professional and explained things well. The lovely optician helped me pick out the most beautiful frames that made me feel most confident, and she explained the pricing along with my insurance coverage very well.
