I saw Dr. Daniel Martin and his fellow Dr. Smith, they were both great. However the front desk staff were not helpful and refused to coordinate my follow-up appointment with my glaucoma appointment. They were supposed to call me with my follow-up but I had to physically go to the clinic to get an appointment. Again, they would not coordinate with my already scheduled glaucoma follow-up. Very poor customer service. The front desk scheduler blamed it on Dr. Martin's nurse.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. The "medical secretary" who verifies referrals is magically never available when I call to confirm referral and set an appointment for our foster child. I'm always told a "high priority message" will be sent and I'll get a call within 24-48 hours. BS. I've called 4 times (4 different days) and never received a call. I've been told a supervisor is on the messages as well, so I guess they're just as absent as the medical secretary. These are children who need to be seen. Their health should be priority. Always good to see people take their jobs so seriously.

Daughter had appointment for field exam and followed up with Dr. After wards. Appointment check in 11:45 ...we have been here 4 hours. Only until I asked to reschedule were we put in a room. DR. Has poor bed side manners, rushing visits with no concern for the patient. I will never be back here. If you are referred here ask for somewhere else. You will be thankful.

Even with the first appointment of the afternoon yesterday, my husband was not seen until 5:30. He had waited four hours for a routine appointment. Unfortunately, this has been the standard and the care is no better than we would get from any other ophthalmologist. A four hour wait is unacceptable. What kind of exam is the doctor going to perform at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon?

From day 1, the staff at Emory have taken me under their wing. I nitially came in with eye pressure of 77 and beginners stages of Glucoma. Dr Barnett and Dr Smith have seen me along with other doctors. It's busy but they take their time and the communication is always great. I am grateful for them

I went to the Emory Eye Center back in August for a routine yearly check up. They had to put multiple eye drops in my eyes while I was there in order to do all their tests. The next day I woke up my eyes were both red and goopy with conjunctivitis. I treated it with some antibacterial eye drops that a CVS NP prescribed to me and it was seemingly getting better, but then I ran out of the eye drops and it came back again. I was then prescribed erythromycin ointment for my eyes, and was on it for three weeks, but the infection still hasn't fully gone away. I finally tried to make an appointment with the Emory Eye Clinic again to see if maybe they can figure out what this infection is, but the earliest they said they can get me in was January....for a problem that they most likely caused from their unclean eye drop bottles. Needless to say, I can't wait that long...my eyes will probs fall out by then, so I guess I'm changing eye doctors. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't go here, you'll most likely wind up with an infection. Nasty. The real kicker was the lady who I was calling to make the appointment said alternatively I could go to the emergency department and see the on call eye doctor. I actually work for Emory and know that if I show up in the ED for conjunctivitis they'll laugh me right out of the waiting room. And I'll probs end up picking up yet another infection to boot. No thanks!

After the third time waiting over an hour to see the doctor, it was time to walk out. This clinic over books people for the sake of greed money. If we cancel on them they charge us, they cancelled our appointment upon arrival and that's ok! Totally unacceptable and they are disrespectful. Go elsewhere for your treatment.
