Eyecare One Vision Center

I do 4 instead of 5 stars because the two times I've been i had to wait a long while, but i think the 2nd time may have been out of their control...anyway, I go here because it's very economical, they ran a special recently and after I got an exam, dilation, contacts AND basic frames, my total was $137 after all the insurance was applied. I was thrilled, since I'm used to having to pay around $300 to $450 at other places for the same things. Lens selection is good. They also cleaned up and decorated the office a bit which made a better 2nd experience. I think the best area of improvement for them is better estimating the length of each appointment, so that the perceived wait time is less.

This office was referred by Health plan. However after reading the reviews, I've decided to go elsewhere, because Customer service is important to me.

The eye doctor is superb...the receptionists were friendly, helpful and warm!

The eye doctor he do a great job but his front desk staff make you not want to be seen there .The ladies in front or very rude. I thought was the new ladies come in it's would be better but she is just as rude as the other older lady. SMH

THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE!!! I called to confirm some things and make an appointment and before I could get my question out, she cut me off and said I just need your name and number and I'll call you back I have 1000 people standing up here and I don't have time. I proceeded to say that's okay I'll call back another day and she hung up in my face. 10/10 don't recommend if the receptionist is rude before you even get to the doctor.

Would of like to come here cause it's closer to where Iive but receptionist was so rude like she didn't want to be bothered. Didn't even look at me when I was asking her what insurance do they accept and didnt even give me the chance my insurance's full name when she just blurted "We don't take that" I later found out from my insurance that theyre in network but not sure I want to come here anyway

I had an appointment for my mother and was told to be 15 minutes early to the appointment which I did, when I arrived there was a 1 hour wait I didn't understand. The establishment looked poorly the tile were lifting, patients files were everywhere at the front desk, the customer service were meh. Wouldn't recommend anyone set an appointment here
