Eyewear Repair Express

Back in July, my glasses frames had broken. I was grateful that I had all the parts available. I went to the original place I got the frames (Lens Crafters) and they said it was unfixable. I had also tried Warby Parker and other eyewear chains, but no one else said they could fix it. I don't know how I came across this business but I decided to give it a try. When I showed them the glasses, the receptionist took it to the back, and about ten minutes later she said that it was fixable. I was so delighted, and it did not even cost that much (50 dollars)! In about 2 hours they were good as new. The receptionist told me that the people that own this business used to work at places like LensCrafers/Amercia's Best, and they also know how to weld! I was so grateful because everyone else told me that it was unfixable, but this business was able to fix them! Now it is months later and my glasses are still holding up so well.

I've been a happy customer for 10* years. Exceptional service every visit and lower price points for my progressive lens prescription updates. They have a nice frame selection, too, also with budget friendly prices.

Cannot recommend this place enough! This is hands down the best eyewear replace shop! I have broken the legs on my glasses multiple times and the repair was like they were brand new again. Also, I have bought frames from other stores but none compare to this place. They have the most unique frames in town! I have been here 3 times and every time the customer service has been exceptional and prompt!! Highly recommend!!

I'm so happy I found this small business. I've gotten about 4-5 pair of eyeglasses worked on here and have been met with nothing less of kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency! Highly recommend

Great experience overall, professional, affordable and fast! The guy at the front desk was amazing in helping me with my concerns! I came here to have my Tom Ford shades repaired. I was in and out in a total of about 30 mins with shades that felt brand new. I almost threw my shades away but I'm so glad I came here instead. I will definitely be back in the future.

Terrible Craftsman ship work done on 3 of my frames. Left scratches + glue. 2 of my glasses broke with in a week of repair. DO NOT BRING YOUR GLASSES HERE FOR REPAIR. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN WORST REPAIR. WOULD RATE 0 IF I COULD.

My old eyeglasses frame broke in half, so I brought them in to get repaired. They told me they could take the old lenses and put them into a new frame, which sounded fine at first. A couple of hours later, I came back to a completely unprofessional job. Instead of properly fitting the lenses, they drilled directly into my frameless lenses and scratched them up badly. I've honestly seen better workmanship in third-world countries. When I disputed the charge with my bank, they were insistent on keeping my money, and I haven't been able to go back in person to resolve it. Extremely disappointing experience. Stay away from this place.

Gold logo fell out of my glasses and they fixed it within an hour and for a great price. Edit down to one star: Not sure what changed since my first visit but this time was a bad experience. The gold plate on the opposite side came off and I came back to fix that side but their first try they glued it half on and upside down and bent the gold plate, then I had to wait over a week for them to fix it. There's also glue residue still which I'll try to clean up myself. Wouldn't go back again. You can see the difference from the first time I went to this time. The main person that repairs was also very rude when I wasn't happy about it.
