My husband was sent down to Dr. Emily's clinic today after seeing a different doctor for a different eye problem, where he was told he needed to have a significantly larger cataract in his other eye. Looked at, the doctor in that clinic. Arrangements for us to go right down and be seen almost right away, that never happens anywhere else that I know of. Not at the place that we're coming from. Anyhow, you'd have to check out of the first doctor make arrangements to see the other doctor and hope it wasn't going to be a month away. Once we were called back. We had the distinct pleasure of meeting Khadijha, A comprehensive tech who put my husband through a battery of tests and exhibited a smile, Great eye contact, extreme professionalism empathy, courtesy, ability to talk and still do a professional and precise job, gave us information as we asked for. It, gave us information about the results of the tests she was using, bantered and joked with my husband, And in general made us feel secure in the decision we made to go to see the doctor for the cataract that had been noticed. We knew we were in good hands after being with this amazing person. Then we had Dr.Emily G. Come into the room. Well informed. Precise to the point, yet courteous and informative, she noticed a couple of other things gave us information referred us to other eye clinics for two other eye specialists. She gave my husband a prescription for new glasses and we felt assured and calm as we left feeling we had made the right decision to leave the eye doctors we had been seeing for the past almost 3 years and not only Return to the first eye doctor my husband saw earlier this day, Dr.W, but now working with a Dr who takes care of cataracts, Dr G, and her referrals to the two other eye specialists. And we felt that way because it all started off with Khadijha. The last person we met would be at the front desk, Jeanie, who checked us out set up the other two appointments, answered some questions, gave us the paperwork and prescription and the entire time making eye contact with a huge personable smile while talking with both of us. This could have been an extremely unsettling day. Instead we left feeling confident and taken care of. Isn't that what everyone wants out of an appointment with a doctor??

Wonderful and capable doctor with a fantastic bedside manner. Love her!!
