I highly recommend this practice! I recently had my first eye exam here--my first in over 20 years--and the experience was seamless, efficient, and genuinely caring. The doctor and her entire team treated me like family. Everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. They took their time, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Scheduling was also a breeze, with great availability and flexibility. Special thanks to Robin, Karen, Chris, and the doctor for such an outstanding experience. This will definitely be my go-to eye care provider moving forward.

I'm not saying this because he's my brother, but he really cares. And he's loud and funny. 3 good qualities. For real, go here instead of the nearest chain. He'll take great care of you. I've been going for 25 years and now my wife gets her contacts with him.

Loved the optometrist but the front of the house staff is pretentious. They are elitist and once they find out you're not spending the dollar they'd like you to spend on their products (showing $250-$600 glasses) they somewhat brush you off.
They do not take frames from other vendors and replace frames. And they are not kind to those who don't understand the process of replacing frames -- saying our $150 pair we brought in was cheap and had barely any good quality.
I so wanted to support this cute local spot, but unless the front of house staff shifts their approach with a "commoner" I will have to take my business and eyeballs somewhere else.

Dr Bennett is nice. Her receptionist is very rude and completely unhelpful. My wife and I have both attempted to make multiple appointments and get clarification on things before. My wife has called numerous times to schedule things and the receptionist has hung up on her while she's been talking. I would recommend Dr Bennett, but her staff, especially the receptionist, has completely changed my opinion of the entire office. We will be finding a new doctor.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient. Krissy or whoever picked up the phone is mean. She acted like the optometrist was exclusive. I understand that the doctor is busy. However, telling me, "if you really want to see our doctor, you'll have to change your schedule" is just rude. I encourage the doctor to train her staff.
There are other optometrists out there who actually appear to care and be nice.
