We always have the best experience here! My son is non-verbal, and has Autism so doctors appointments are usually pretty stressful for him.... but not here! They are always so patient and sweet with him While we were waiting for his eyes to dilate, he was very interested in watching the people going in and out of the elevators. So the lady that was taking temperatures at the entrance moved her own chair over, then moved another chair over so he could sit closer to the window and see better. He was so happy Highly recommended!!

Dr Bordenca is excellent with kids and provides excellent care! His assistant Jill is extremely helpful and they run a very efficient practice. My daughter has seen him for a few years now and we've always had a great visit!

Appointment was right on schedule. Having an active toddler can be challenging at the doctors office. Dr Bordenca and his staff were extremely patient and wonderfully thorough with the exam. I did not feel like they were rushing us out the door. It was a great experience.

We will be forever grateful to Dr. Bordenca! We went in for a exam for our 3 month old. As soon as he seen her eyes he got on the phone with a surgeon to get us in. He found she had another issue that would've, and almost did, cause lifelong issues and challenges. She was in surgery less than 2 weeks later. She went back to finally get that exam today and we found out she has no issues with her eyes and that's all thanks to this amazing doctor! Definitely recommend him due to his thoroughness and knowledge.

Dr.Bordenca was the most insensitive doctor I have ever dealt with. The appointment was for my 4 month old, and we left the office feeling rushed out and with little information about the diagnosis that he gave us. As a first time mom with a baby with health conditions, I was hoping that this doctor would give us some peace of mind or provide us with some encouraging words. For our next appointment we will be seeing a different doctor.

This office was a big disappointment. I waited with my one year old for over an hour in a tiny waiting room that was packed with other people who were also waiting forever. The receptionist was nice to me but she was very rude to other people who were checking in that had special circumstances and made everyone uncomfortable in the waiting room. When we were finally seen, the assistant didn't explain anything she was doing to me while she dilated my son's eyes (which I figured out was what she was doing way after the fact), then we waited another half hour to see the doctor, who came in and also didn't explain anything he was doing while he did it. He proceeded to tell me my son needed glasses and was very far sighted, didn't explain anything about glasses or how to handle them to me and walked out. He was seriously in there for about 2 minutes. Then another assistant came in and told me about the glasses, but I was trying to figure out what to do since my son also wears a helmet. She was very unhelpful and didn't know how I would be able to have my son wear both but still wanted me to choose which glasses to order (meanwhile my son is screaming because his eyes are hurting). Finally after about ten minutes of me telling her that I'd have to check with my son's other doctor about his helmet before ordering glasses, she told me in a very annoyed tone that my son was probably crying because his eyes hurt from being dilated (mind you I had no idea why he was freaking out this whole time). I've never had glasses and neither has my husband, so I had no idea what they were doing and no one explained to me. I would NOT recommend this office at all.

Dr. Bordenca has been taking care of my sons vision since he was 3month old my son is now 3 and we've only had positive experiences. I truly trust and feel confident with all his decisions. Bordenca has the best bedside manner with children not all pediatric doctors have proper bedside manner for children. Bordenca is highly recommended!

My family's experience with Dr. B is always a fun time. I have 4 children and they remember exactly which doctors are personable and Dr. B talks to them individually. He teaches then early how to answer their own health questions. So I make it a point to not change the health professionals my kids love and it's always a fun visit. Thanks again for all you guys do!
