It was my first time there, and I can honestly say it will be my last. I waited a long time, and when I was finally seen, the treatment was subpar, nothing like the level of care I've received at other locations. The visit felt rushed and uncaring, with very little communication. I still had to pay, but for what exactly? I was essentially directing the doctor. I wasn't prescribed anything, nor was I given any essential information about my current condition. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this location. Just do better at caring for your patients and not so quick to take money without quality service.

Annual vision exam with Dr My Lien Nguyen again. Dr Nguyen is excellent. Very easy to speak with and answers all questions very clearly. Didn't feel rushed. Assistant, Rhonda, was very attentive and helpful. The front desk team was welcoming, professional and efficient. Highly recommend MyEyeDr-Brookhaven!

I've been going to MyEyeDr for years now and I've never had complaints. However, recently I went...I asked a simple question about sunglasses from the lady with light brown hair in the front, and she answered with an attitude when I was clearly confused. Then continued to answer the phone in my face leaving me baffled that someone else had to help me. You should never answer the phone like that in a customer's face without at least saying excuse me, or "hold on just one moment". It's not hard. You never know what someone else could be going through so be nicer. I hope the next time I go, this doesn't happen.

We recently visited the MyEyeDr Brookhaven location for a glaucoma screening since the Toco Hills location does not currently offer this test. While this office is a bit smaller than other locations we've been to, don't let the size fool you--it has an impressive selection of eyewear, catering to a variety of styles and preferences. The staff was warm and welcoming, and our appointment started right on time with no waiting. During our visit, we noticed a Spanish-speaking couple at the front desk who needed assistance. While the staff member didn't speak Spanish, she efficiently used a translator app to communicate, which was a great effort to accommodate them. However, if Spanish-speaking assistance is needed, it may be best to call ahead to confirm availability. Another plus for this location is its wide acceptance of insurance plans, including TriCare for medical exams. Overall, we had a great experience with friendly service, a well-stocked eyewear selection, and a smooth appointment process. Would definitely recommend!

This appointment was for my 11 year old daughter. The front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The nurse who seen my daughter first was also very friendly and made my daughter laugh and feel comfortable. The doctor was very kind and gentle. They told me it would take about two weeks to receive her glasses. When that time came, they sent me a text message. When my daughter put her glasses on, she was very happy.

Charlotte is an amazing resource that went well above and beyond to get me into the perfect glasses. She made the experience exceptional.

Horrible service. I waited 15 minutes just to pick up my contacts while staff stayed on the phone talking to other clients. All they had to do was take one minute to hand me my contacts, but instead I was completely ignored. No apology, no urgency, no respect for my time. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I won't be coming back.

I've been coming here for several years with my family. The staff has always been professional and friendly, and I love my glasses. I wanted to leave a review after I scratched my new lenses and they went above and beyond to get me a replacement at a suitable cost. Great place.
