I love this office so much. Dr. Brown, Mrs. Erin, and Mrs. Helen are very awesome. I highly recommend the Tucker location. They will definitely take care of you very well. Five stars is an understatement for the amazing work they do. I would double the stars and give them ten or more. I highly recommend them.

My mom's appointment was amazing. She was seen right away, sometimes even with an appointment there could be a wait, but not here. She was seen, the doctor was so nice, and Nini did an excellent job finding my mom glasses that she's just so happy with -- RED! She's so excited to have found something different and cute. Thank you!

I used to go to the location in Lindbergh, but I decided to switch because this one is closer to home. I went there for the first time, but one of the front desk staff members wasn't very nice. On the other hand, the doctor was very professional and very friendly. However, since last year, I've been trying to schedule a follow-up appointment and haven't been able to. I feel like some of the front desk staff may be discriminatory.

After not having the best experience the first time around,I decided to give them another try. From the time I entered the door, a few minutes before they even opened Erin's customer service was stellar! She was apologetic about my first experience and their customer service during my follow up appointment erased all the unpleasantries of the initial appointment. She helped me find the perfect frame and gave me her undivided attention. As she did the other patients when she was working with them. I'm glad I gave them another try,as it was well worth it. I can't wait to get my new glasses and I look forward to building a relationship with all the staff.

Friendly doc and then Erin will take care of you for new glasses. She will make sure your new face is be better than before. Lol. But seriously she was great at guiding me to a good decision. I recommend this location. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
