Such a quick and thorough appointment. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Nikki was so wonderful and explained my benefits and the appointment process thoroughly. Dr. Lam was so amazing and he walked me through all of my results and answered all my questions. 10/10 experience and team!

Dr. Lam is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and kind. I've been a patient here for a few years and I always look forward to my annual visits. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. My prescription is very high thus making my lenses really thick. I appreciate that the staff and Dr. Lam is always giving me suggestions for frame sizes and shapes to aid in the appearance of the thickness of my lens. I will continue to patronize this establishment and have suggested my colleagues and friends with young children go here as well. I no longer live in the area, but I drive 45 minutes (passing quite a few other My Eye Doctor locations) because I truly trust Dr. Lam with my family's eye care. My child has strabismus and astigmatism, so I appreciate that Dr. Lam always has up to date knowledge and referrals available for specialists. He took the time to assist when I struggled to put contacts in and I really valued how patient he was with me despite having a full schedule that day. Thank you so much for excellent service.

Myeyedr, great service overall. Appointment was on time got seen in/out in a half hr, brought own lenses which helped with cost, overall experience was good. Two front desk associates were great as well, will definitely return!

THIS LOCATION HAS THE DREAM TEAM of MyEyeDoctors in Atlanta hands down! Dr Lam, Mark, James and Sydney were ALL amazing! They were each attentive, skilled, kind, courteous, gracious, honest and dedicated to making sure that my experience was positive. 10/10!!! I had such a wonderful experience there and am already looking forward to going back to see them when I pick up my progressive glasses that they each took part in helping me with. Hope that your visit is as memorable as mine was! Part 2: I was hoping to do an additional review bc I've been to this location multiple times but I've hit my limit as to how many I can post. This place is wonderful! Everything about it!; especially the staff/team! They are exceptional! Especially James and Dr Lam! They've been so patient with me and the issues I've had with my eyes and have had great success because of that, along with their professionalism, kindness, knowledge, ability to have empathy/care/concern in general and to focus on what's best, even if it takes a little while to figure it out! I'll smile every day that I will wear my specs; with gratitude to have such a wonderful experience behind them! 100/10 stars!

Dr. Tony is truly a blessing! He went above and beyond to help me during a medical eye emergency and continued to show care and compassion throughout my visits. His patience, professionalism, and kindness meant so much, especially when I was scared and in pain. The staff was just as kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. There's honestly no need to look any further, this is the place you want to be if you need real care. This isn't a paid review; I'm just genuinely grateful I found this office when I did.

I'd been looking for a new eye doctor for about a year and decided to give this location a try. I'm so glad I did! Not only was I able to schedule an appointment quickly and smoothly, but the attention I received from both the doctor and eyewear consultant, James, was so pleasant. In 2025, it's rare to receive the type of care, attention to detail and service that these two provided. I highly recommend and am proud to call the Lindbergh location of myeyedr my new place for eye care!!!

Everyone was very professional and helpful especially James. He helped me better understand the coverage from my insurance. I highly recommend going to this location for all your eye care needs.
