Casey was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Shantice was equally amazing--friendly, attentive, and efficient, which made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Their teamwork, patience, and positive attitudes truly stood out and made a big difference in my experience. Outstanding customer service all around!

Wonderful practice! Dr. Poteet is fabulous and obviously cares about patients being educated on their eye health and being happy with their vision correction. Kenya did a wonderful job of walking me through the various testing before my exam. Casey will make sure you know all your options when picking out that next pair of stunning glasses (or best contacts). MyEyeDr. always has great deals as well!

Dr. Poteet is incredibly competent, professional and knowledgeable. I recently moved here from Colorado and had previously seen the same amazing eye doctor for over a decade, I am extremely picky with my doctors and she immediately made me feel at ease despite my being very nervous. She utilizes state of the art equipment and was able to successfully address issues I've dealt with in my eyes for years. She was dedicated to helping me not only be able to see better than I ever remember but actually achieve true daily comfort as well. Her knowledge and competence included being able to address full body systemic issues affecting my vision. I'm deeply grateful to find Dr. Poteet. Her entire office is lovely as well.

I've been going to MyEyeDr for years now and recently booked at this location because my usual was full. I will definitely come back! I always receive great service with this company but the Toco Hills team took it to the next level. Sara at the front desk was very helpful and efficient and took the time to double check my insurance as policy can be a bit confusing at times. Dr Alan & the technician were both very friendly and chatted with me about so much more than just my exam making me feel extremely welcome! After the exam KC & Morgan helped get me checked out. The pricing break down for contact lens pricing options was the best/most transparent I've ever gotten. Thank you guys!

Our visit was excellent. Casey and Shantice were so helpful and professional. They both went out of their way to advise us and offer the best advice for us. Dr Hymowitz was amazing he was patient and treated my son with respect and kindness. I would definitely recommend MyeyeDr to first time patients.

Such a great experience! Dr. Poteet was so helpful, thorough, and nice. She took her time explaining my exam findings and her recommendations. Kenya was kind and professional, and Casey was so sweet helping me choose glasses! I've been to other locations of this franchise that were good, but nowhere near as excellent as this one. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I had a wonderful experience here with Dr. Poteet, Kenya and Casey. I had a first time contact fitting and Kenya sat patiently with me for over an hour as I attempted to put in contacts. We chatted and she made me feel so at ease. Casey helped me pick out two pairs of glasses and was patient and helpful. I highly recommend coming here. They are amazing!

My entire experience was awesome, and Casey stayed late to help me pick out my frames when I couldn't make a decision. Absolutely will be back to this location the next time I need a check up to visit this great team of women!
