We had such a great experience at MyEyeDr! I took my son for his appointment and the staff is always incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. The office is clean and welcoming, and we didn't feel rushed at all. So thankful for a smooth visit.

I brought my daughters here for their annual eye exams. The staff is very polite and informative. Victor and his coworker (I didn't catch her name) did a great job explaining the pricing and setting expectations. This was my 1st here and I will be returning.

I came in this afternoon for an appointment, and when I first arrived, the young man at the front desk did not greet me or say anything. I had to address him myself to let him know that I was there for my appointment. I stood there for over 20 minutes before he finally made eye contact with me, stood up, and acknowledged me. During that time, I noticed he was on his phone texting, and he was engaging with other customers, but not with me. I found this to be very rude and disrespectful. His behavior made me question why I would even want to spend my money at this location. After my exam, when it came time to discuss the lenses and options, I still did not feel comfortable. I have been spending money with this company for years, and I did not appreciate his attitude or his approach. I did not feel welcomed, and I did not feel like I was being properly served. I was very displeased with his behavior, his manner of speaking, and his overall professionalism. I also observed how he treated other customers, which made the situation even more disappointing. -JOSEPH

I am only giving a 1 star because of the young man that works with selecting glasses. I am sure the staff has to know who he is since he is very loud and rude. The doctor was great but the way that this young man talks to customers deserves a zero star! His attitude is absolutely disgusting. He was very rude. I had to calm myself so that I don't act back in the same manner. Why work there if you don't want to help customers. It wasn't just me that he was rude to, he also screamed at another lady for no reason. this was his exact words " your insurance sucks!" I was shocked to hear him say it in the tone he did. I just cannot believe that no one says nothing to him. The lady in the front was welcoming. His presence just makes the place so uncomfortable. I will never go back to this place despite the fact the doctor was nice.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hampton for over 6 years at two different locations. The young male at the front desk of this location is VERY rude and often has a nasty attitude which I've encountered twice. I came into the eye doctor today after I called to ensure my contacts had been delivered to the office. I ordered said contacts on 10/30. I never receive the phone calls or texts for when they are delivered. The young male was very condescending when I inquired about my contacts and informed him more than three times, I did not receive a text. I ended up hanging up in his face. When I got to the office 5 minutes later, he did not apologize or acknowledge me. I stood there for 10 minutes until the young lady came from the back. I will be locating a new eye doctor if this is not handled properly.

Dr. Hampton and Victor were great. The exam was fast and thorough and the process to buy my new lenses in my glasses was even quicker and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend and I will be back!

Another great experience. Been coming here to get my eye exam for a while now and everything went smoothly as always. Everybody is friendly and welcoming. Especially Victor, he helped and sold me on getting the protection plan for the lenses. Thank you.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Dr. Ben is knowledgeable and listens to all concerns with ensuring my eyesight stays healthy. Victor was awesome in helping me select a new frame. So excited and can't wait to pick them up.
