Talk about going above and beyond, Crystal is the definition of five-star customer service. She worked hard to help me track down a specific pair of glasses I wanted, made sure I found the right size for my face, and personally checked that the lenses were properly installed once they arrived. Her communication throughout the process was clear, proactive, and consistent. She even stayed late on a Friday evening to make sure we were fully taken care of, which really says a lot about her dedication. If you visit this location, definitely ask for Crystal. While not every interaction at this location matched that same exceptional level of service, Crystal truly set the bar. I would give five stars if not for a few subpar interactions with other staff. That said, I would absolutely return and recommend this location, especially if Crystal is helping you.

Excellent staff! The manager was super helpful and patient during my visit. He made sure I got the perfect frames and helped me with my 2nd pair! The front desk ladies are sweet and bubbly and the doctor was very professional and warm. 5/5!

This is a tricky location bc it seems the staff changes a lot. It "seems" the issues are with management/operations rather than the provider's care. Dr. Nishita is very knowledgeable & I've never had an issue with her. But the front desk staff who were there on my visit in December were extremely unfriendly and a little rude. I walked in & was not acknowledged AT ALL and the service went downhill from there. For me to drive 35/40 minutes past plenty of other doctor offices, rude customer service makes it hard to come back here.

First time with Dr Nishita. She is professional and knowledgeable. I had my routine eye exam and purchased some computer glasses. The staff was courteous. They helped me find some frames that I liked at a great price. It is also conveniently located for those who live in Midtown. I'd recommend this location to anyone needing a new eye doctor. Thanks!

I love the energy and the staff at Dr. Patel's office. Crystal is the bomb! Always smiling and helpful with a little sass sprinkled on top. Oh, and my eyes appreciate their dedicated care.

My dad went here for and appointment and I was unable to attend. They took great care of him and kept me updated. Update : I have been calling for a update on my dads prescription eye glasses and havent been able to reach anyone. I have left 2 voicemails and have called over 8 times throughout the last month.

Getting an appointment was quick and easy. Same day, in a few hours after calling. I called for a years worth of contacts and an eye exam too. Walked in and the general manager, Blake Mccoy was there. Unfriendly and Rude. The front desk lady (older lady) was kind. This vibe in this office has a lot of problems right when you walk in.
