Dr. Weber is a rude man. He likes to dismiss you when he cannot answer a direct question. Terrible mannerism for a so-called doctor. He needs training on how to talk to someone who is not a doctor. See another doctor. Not him. From what I read on the reviews, I would never go there. Assistant named Kadijah was very helpful, thoughtful and professional in her explanation regarding my questions. These quack doctors don't need licenses if they cannot understand the needs of family... Simple answers in layman's terms are what is needed.

Dr. Nassar did cataract removal and lens replacement on my moms left eye. The procedure was not successful. He never discussed with my mom or any family member that he was not successful in removing the cataract, therefore leaving fragments in my moms left eye. He was not present for her post surgery evaluation. Dr Dangerfield was there in his absence. I had to initiate the discussion about lens fragments and the unsuccessful results of the cataract removal. Dr Dangerfield had to call Dr Nassar on the phone to get the surgery results. So unprofessional. To this day, a month after the cataract procedure, Dr Nassar has not discussed the results of my moms surgery with her or any family member. It's as though, he tries to do as many procedures as he can do in one day and he has no regard for his patients or surgery results. I will not refer anyone to Dr Nassar.

My experience with Dr. Nassar can only be described as disastrous. I recently had cataract surgery on one eye that left me with extreme floaters, blurred vision and a cloudy blotch on the implanted lens. When I told Dr. Nassar that I could see the blotch, he said that "It has been resolved". I could not dispute him at that time because my eye had been dilated. He immediately transitioned to briefly mentioning a laser procedure he would plan to do on my other eye, which I ultimately opted to not allow to happen. Dr. Nassar showed little interest in discussing all surgical options initially. He usually asks, "What's your question?", instead of trying to address ones concerns. Additionally, I found this office to always be extremely crowded in most areas with long wait times. On one of my visits, patients were actually waiting in the hallway outside of the office waiting room. In conclusion, I regret my decision to intrust the care of my eyes to Dr. Nassar and I would never refer or recommend this Dr. to anyone.

They don't know how to talk to they customers and they hang up the phone on me.

I have been a patient of Dr Nassar for many years. He and his staff are very polite, courteous and professional. They always greet me by name and with a friendly smile. Love this Dr. and staff!!
