The BEST eye exam I have had in YEARS! As a long-time diabetic, eye care is extremely important to me and over the last few years it's been hard to find a good eye doctor that took a really close look at not only my eyes but my medical history. From the moment I set foot inside their offices, Georgia Eye Partners were exceptionally friendly and helpful and, once in the chair, professional. Even though there was an emergency patient brought in that slowed things down for us, the concern for and care everyone took on that person's behalf without giving away any personal information in front of us was impeccable. I took my 84 year old mother-in-law with me for her first exam there, as well, and she came away equally impressed. Now we're sending my husband for his first appointment.
Dr. Feinberg and the staff working with him are awesome. I first saw this doc after having facial surgery and having some problems with my vision. He awesomely fit me in the day I called. He is such a kind person and a great Dr. I couldn't be more pleased. Also, it is very comforting to have such competent technicians doing the testing before seeing the Dr. Everyone in the office, from the front to the back, is pleasant, hard-working, and patient focused. Highly recommend!!!
Very professional support staff. Have been seeing Dr. Karen Summers for over 15 years and have always felt I received the best care for any conditions about my eyes.
She has had to refer my husband to Glaucoma and Retinal Specialists and her recommendations have been superior. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Natalie Eades is absolutely one of the best doctors I have seen. She has a giant heart and compassion. I was dealing with some strange eye issues that turned out not having much to do with my eyes. I felt that she held my hand throughout the scary process and I'm grateful to have found her. Everything worked out well and a lot of it is thanks to her!
I am an informed patient, doing my own research before visiting a new physician and especially a new set of doctor offices. I was referred to Evan Schoenberg for my cataract surgery, and I cannot say enough kind words about his interest in my specific situation, and his technicians and office staff are top notch too! The Surgery Center Staff made me feel special before, during and after my procedure.
I had a recent occasion to be seen by Dr. Gagan Sawhney to evaluate me for the possibility of a low-tension glaucoma. I felt quite at ease during the initial staff interview, prep for tests and then the exam and explanation of the results by Dr. Sawhney. The staff members are educated and well-trained to work cohesively with the doctor(s) and with each other.
I would not hesitate to recommend either of these eye physicians (as well as Kristina Price, Medical Director of OPAL Aesthetics, who is affiliated with GA Eye Partners). On the occasion I was referred to see her, she and her staff were awesome -- even though her services were not required.
All in all, an A+ Operation.
I have been a patient with Georgia Eye Partners since moving to Atlanta in 2011. Dr. Natalie Eades is everything anyone could want for a provider of exceptional care. Dr. Eades has always shown a geniune concern for the patient and their complete satisfaction. She is extremely knowledgable and provides the patient with options and is open to input.
The tech on my most recent visit stated she had only been there six months, however, she was outstanding and performed all testing efficiently with skill and compassion.
I recommend every chance I am given.
Very positive experience at Georgia Eye Partners. I saw Dr. Karen Summers. She was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. Her nurse, Rachael, was personable and professional. The front desk uncovered a problem with my secondary insurance but worked through details on phone with Aetna to fix it. The appointment (yearly checkup) took over 2 hours; but that was because I have several medical issues and they were quite detailed in their analysis. They were in no hurry to rush/herd me through as some companies (ie. Thomas Eye Group) do. Highly recommend Dr. Summers and her staff.
Both my parents have been patients for over an year. They had their cataract surgeries with Dr Gabianelli and we have been extremely pleased with him and his follow up. They also see Dr. Natalie Eades and are very pleased with her as well. Overall it's a great practice, which is why I think this feedback is important for them to know because I hate to see their practice tarnished by the behavior of one person.
The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of Dr. Josh Johnston who is an optometrist O.D. During the year my parents have been patients we did not call the on-call doctor after hours, but today we needed to because my mother's eye was continually tearing for which she saw the doctor yesterday. Today the pharmacy told us that her insurance didn't cover the steroid eye drops, so we were asking for another brand and left a message during business hours. At 5pm I called the on call line because we didn't hear back. The on call optometrist Dr. Johnston called back and was very rude, antagonistic, loud and extremely irritated. He yelled at me saying this is not an emergency and what have you been doing all day, going on a rant for a few minutes. He said he'll make an exception this time and sent in another prescription as if doing us a huge favor. This was a very unpleasant experience and I'm hoping this practice reviews the behavior of Dr Johnston. It is the on-call doctors duty to assist patients. This left a bad taste and although I like this practice, they should be careful about non customer-centric arrogant staff.
