Ms. Kim is the first person you see when you arrive at Omni Eye Services, and she immediately sets the tone for a wonderful experience.Her hospitality was truly top notch--very friendly, helpful, and incredibly calming. My elderly mother was nervous about her cataract surgery, and Ms. Kim went out of her way to reassure her that everything would be okay. Her kindness and professionalism made a world of difference for us. Thank you, Ms. Kim, for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so much more comfortable and positive!

My Mom had cataract surgery and everything went well from start to finish. The front desk staff was very professional. She had pretesting with Kaitlyn and Dr. Soltanian who are both very kind. This set the tone for her visit prior to her surgery. In the surgery center, she met Ace and Ora who were very personable, and made sure she was comfortable. Her surgeon Dr. Woodard is very caring and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time during her appointment and he checked on her after surgery. She says her vision is very clear and sharp now. My Mom and I are extremely happy about her experience at OMNI. We highly recommend the team at OMNI!

Dr. Woodard and Omni Eye Services are great. I had cataract surgery in both eyes. The process was very smooth from beginning to end. Very little waiting. Thorough checking of vision before surgery. Everyone we encountered was so nice and well trained. I had the panoptic lens and laser surgery. Well worth the extra money. I now have 20/20 vision and no need for glasses. I highly recommend Omni Eye Services and Dr. Woodward.

Called to make an appt for my dad for a sudden vision issue. The receptionist didn't seem to want to help to make an appointment or give available times.

I'm leaving this review because I can't get in touch with anybody in their financial department. About 8 months ago went to pay for my cataract surgery with my kid credit card now. Now I signed up with CareCredit because I could get 24 months without interest. When I went to the surgical department they signed me up for 6 months and I said wait a minute it's supposed to be 24 months. They say you have to call care credit for that. When I call Care Credit they said they had nothing to do with it that it was the provider. Now I recently called Care Credit and they can't do anything about it and I believe the person who told me that knew that. Hopefully someone will see this review . I was contacting yesterday so I'm changing my reviews from two stars to four stars. Now this review has nothing to do with the care from Omni eye Services the care was wonderful. This is primary my concern about the financial department at the surgical center. If your promotional terms are 6 months then say that don't blame it on the credit card company. I just don't understand even though it's different departments how the promotion can change from one Department to the next, but at least take responsibility. Thank you for contacting me

Fantastic experience all the way around! Very smooth process, everything was thoroughly explained, Dr. Woodard did a fantastic job with the surgery, and Dr. Ajamain was considerate and welcoming! The staff that assisted me with my procedure were all top-notch. Truly a blessing and I'm so thankful my vision has been restored!

We arrived early at 6:45 greeted warmly by Kim. What a great way to begin the surgery. I watched her treat the other clients with the same kindness and patience

The staff is really friendly (Victoria!) It's nice to feel welcomed and comfortable when anticipating a surgery. The Cataract surgery went great. Dr. Woodard is excellent.
