Peachtree Eye

Love this place! They were able to fit me in even though their schedule was full. I drove from Cobb County through the I85 collapse traffic to get there for a last minute eye exam, on a Saturday. The staff was AMAZING, and their customer service was on point! The doctor i saw was very knowledgeable with a pleasant demeanor. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. After 20 years wearing glasses, I have never had such a pleasant experience at an optometrist office!! I highly recommend Peachtree Eye Associates!

I will never return to this office again. I have been going here for some time and each year I vow to not go back, however this year is for sure my last. I now see why there are always appointments available even at the last minute. Each time they try to up-sale you on every little thing such as additional exams or screenings that you DO NOT need. They also do not explain these additional up-sales properly. They also try to put you into astigmatism lenses and prescribe the wrong prescription. Its so bad that the doctors (Dr.Zuniga) even try to argue you down about what they did or did not reference or say to get you to pay for services you DID NOT ask for. They are also always out of lenses and make you come back and make unnecessary trips for fittings and then of course charge you once again. There have been multiple times I have wanted to return to get the right prescription however they charge you each time you need to come back for something they did not get correct the first time. I have been dealing with mediocre services due to the fact that I have a very busy travel schedule and have not had the time to search for a new optometrist. Unfortunately I will have to wait another full year for an exam unless I want to pay out of pocket for something that should have been done correctly in the first place. Very bad business practices. I will also be making complaints with the BBB.

My last two appointments at the Lenox Square location have been far from great and I'm not coming back. The first appointment with the female optometrist was rude and pushy. She was not sympathetic to my medical condition of keratitis. My follow up appointment with the male optometrist was much better. However, I have a cut on my eye and prescribed drops. Following my 12 p.m. appointment, I went immediately to Walgreens to fill my prescription because my eye is in pain, which I shared with the optometrist. I arrived at Walgreens around 1 p.m. and the the pharmacist called your office five times, and nobody answered. She left a voicemail to return her call and it's after 5 p.m. and nobody has yet to call Walgreens back and your office is closed. Walgreens pharmacy closes at 6 p.m. and I'm still in pain. I even called your office between this time and nobody answered. You don't care about your patients and service is rude. I've referred several of my work colleagues to come here too. I will no longer come here again.

Everyone experiences won't be the same. I'm actually very surprised by the reviews I've read. I started in the Alpharetta office and saw Dr. Zuniga. She was very professional, thorough and personable. I had a follow-up visit with her at the Lenox location and was equally satisfied. She called to check on me as a follow up to a neuro visit...when does that ever happen?! I appreciate her and I'm very thankful to have received her services! People are quick to write a bad review but very seldom do you read the positive ones! Thank you, Dr. Zuniga!!

This place is awful. Gave me contacts, I told them they didn't fit. They told me they did. Irritated my eye. I asked to be refunded for the appointment, they said they would order me new ones. I go to pick up the new ones and they said I needed to schedule another appointment. Can't release them because they need to check the fit. The fit was wrong to begin with and you screwed it up! Pure incompetence. Save your time and money. Scammers.

They just there to make money and write you a prescription with unnecessary things and cost you big amount of money. I was able to read all the letter on the screen and my eyes and completely fine but still they gave me prescription with the correction of .25. Can you believe it?? Will never go back there.

I've been to a lot of optometrists in metro atlanta but recently came back to Peachtree Eye Associates because the doctors and staff or great.
