Been going to Dr. Robert Butterwick for 1.5 years since I moved to Atlanta. He is super nice and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him. One time I felt a mild eye discomfort, I called the office, and they were able to book me a same day appointment. Highly recommend Ross EyeCare Group

I drove hundreds of miles to come see this doctor because my Rx is hard to figure out. He took time, was patient, and separated my Rx into two! I bought two sets of the same Prada frame: one for computer work, one for everything else. When I put them on... I was able to see ME and my friends and the world in a NEW way! I'm seeing so clearly! I feel NEW, overjoyed, and grateful! P.s: the facility is clean and inviting; Rosie and Anthony are great, too

Great experience. I just switched to Ross after feeling for years like my prior doc was taking advantage in me. Dr. Bloom is careful, succinct, and just easy to talk to. They are also really transparent about pricing.

Great practice. We have moved across town but still come back here because they do such a great job.

I was referred to Ross Eye Care Group by a trusted professional colleague, and I had high expectations. I'm very particular about my eye doctor, but unfortunately, scheduling an appointment has been a terrible experience. For context, I haven't even seen a doctor yet because I've spent 19 days and exchanged 21 emails just trying to schedule an appointment--only to arrive and be told my appointment wasn't confirmed. How does that even happen? My name and DOB were clearly in the email chain, yet instead of focusing on scheduling, the front desk was more concerned with asking irrelevant questions like whether I had insurance. I never asked if you accepted my insurance--I asked to book an appointment! I'll update this review if my actual visit goes well, but based on my experience with the front desk, I'm not impressed so far.

I had a great experience with Ross Eyecare. They were all very professional and punctual. And the doctor who saw me, Dr. Butterwick, was outstanding. Very thorough, explained everything in detail, and obviously great at his job and in his interactions with patients. Not every visit will require this much of his/their time but as a first time patient, was very happy that I visited this practice. It won't be my last.

I have never had such a pleasant eye appointment before coming to Ross Eye Care. The check-in process was easy and efficient and the staff was friendly. Doctor Stephanie Ross was so kind, caring, thorough, professional, and overall wonderful. She made sure to explain everything she was doing before she did it, took as much time as I needed to feel comfortable and to ask any questions. A lovely family-owned practice that I would recommend to anyone. Thank you, Dr. Ross, for a lovely experience.

Still in amazement on the level of care I was given at this location. Every single person I came in contact with was professional and sweet. Thank you Dr. Rob for genuinely making my experience humane. I had anxiety and concerns walking into my appointment, but he took that all away by just treating me as his equal. I truly appreciate it. I'm around a lot of people in my profession daily, but Dr. Rob is truly one of a kind. Just his dedication to what he does is stellar. I left the office feeling confident in the answers he gave me, from the tests that he ran, and just his reassurance on the next steps to take with my eye problems. You can tell he's been doing this for years. It showed. Thank you to Madison who was also genuinely sweet and helpful. She shook my nerves as well. Was patient with my concerns. And just a sweet human being. The front desk staff was also genuinely sweet and professional. If I ever ran a business, I would want to hire that entire staff! LOL! The caring value that this location has is just unbelievable. Plus, the facility itself is really clean and nice. Top notch equipment! It's just a 10/10 experience for me. Thank you all so much!
