Ryan Whitted, M.D.

I went in for a routine appointment and was treated awful.Someone made my appointment for a day that Dr. Whitted was not in the office. I stated to the 2 women who approached me when I came in the door I was here for my appointment and they said" you're not here for an appointment today"! After a few more rude comments I went to the front desk and was told someone mistakenly made my appointment for the wrong day. I could understand that mistakes can happen but being spoken to like I was from the lady's in the back was uncalled for. I called the Cumberland office as that is where I was directed to call who was over the practice. I spoke to an office manager and she was very apologetic. She stated this was going to be handled and I would get a call back. I never did receive a call! This was August 14th 2025. I called 2 additional times and left voicemails for the office manager and no call were returned. I have not been back since and my eyes have truly suffered! I want Dr. Whitted to know what his staff is doing to his practice. I hope he reaches out to me so we can speak of this matter.Do not go to the Fayetteville,Ga iffice

Dr. Ryan Whitted and his whole team are amazing. They are diligent and caring and truly the best team ever. My eyes are in great hands with these guys. I had a real concern and they put me at ease quickly.

Dr Whitted is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. The office staff is kind and very professional.

He didn't spend any time talking to me about my eye treatments and if the test shows any improvement. He is a friendly fellow but I need a good Doctor that when I leave his office I'm better informed knowing I'm not wasting my time.

Great experience from making appointment, check-in, scheduling follow up, etc. Dr Whitted is always friendly, communicates well and is respectful, professional. Very brief wait time. All clinical techs were friendly & professional! Thank you
