They are never appropriately staffed. I'm just done with there system. I'm going back Wal-Mart where they are cheaper and their staff works at more than 1 mph. It takes them 20 minutes to type in all the stuff.

Sam's eye doctor at this location was always pleasant, and eye exams resulted in correct eyeglass Rx. However, the contact lens Rx's I received impeded my near vision, and I am nearsighted to begin with. For years before, I'd been able to read with contact lenses, but with Rx's from Sam's Club Atlanta, it was not possible unless I wore reading glasses, which defeats the purpose of wearing contacts. I later confirmed that my recent Sam's Rx for contacts is incorrect for both eyes, unfortunately. I will be getting a new contact lens exam and Rx elsewhere.
