The front desk Shouta is so amazing! He is kind and professional and fast for my first time check in. The technician that did all my test, I think her name is Christina is soooo great, she has a great sense of humor, knows what is she doing, kind, sweet and professional. Dr. Desai is absolutely a delight, she is a caring doctor and very knowledgeable and give me the best advice for eye care. That is a great office!

Professional from start to finish. This was my first visit. All staff were great and efficient. Dr Desai was incredibly Professional and efficient while taking time to listen and advise. A very nice experience compare to other medical experiences lately.

I had a very concerning experience at Eye Consultants of Atlanta with Dr. Sapna Desai. I went in for a stye removal, which I have had done several times in the past by other doctors, and this was by far the worst experience. Instead of numbing my eyelid directly (as has always been done in the past), Dr. Desai injected numbing medication into the outside of my face multiple times, which was very uncomfortable and didn't feel right. She then clamped my eyelid so many times it eft me with a black eye, cut, and attempted to drain the stye, but afterward admitted she was not confident or satisfied with the results and said she would need to refer me to an eye specialist, which I thought she already was. Since the procedure, my eye has gotten worse, and despite reaching out to the office multiple times, no one has followed up or returned my calls. Because I've been out of town since the procedure, I haven't been able to go in person, but the lack of response and follow-up for a patient in pain is unacceptable. This experience has left me frustrated, worried, and extremely disappointed in the level of care provided. Patients deserve competent treatment and communication, especially when a procedure doesn't go as expected. Here's my eye almost a week later.

Dr. Desai and her staff are wonderful, very polite, caring and professional. The office is immaculate! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Everyone that saw me was great. I cannot do eye drops or things in the eye, and it often takes awhile. Instead of getting frustrated, she joked around and made it a better experience. Dr. Desai was thorough and I felt like I was in good hands when I left. Will definitely be my doctor moving forward.

Dr. Desai was very thorough with my eye that was severe from blunt trauma. She has a magical touch that improved the look of my eye from when I stepped in to when I left. Thank you Doc Desai.
