this was the best store experience EVER! soon as I walked through the door I was met with smiles, I had a smaller child and he did cry and everyone was so helpful. Jaz was the star of the show she really helped me pick and my daughter lenses, she gave us great advice on what we should get on our glasses and made sure we left with EVERYTHING we needed. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to everyone!!! 100/10!

Zina was literally the most helpful and patient with putting together my glasses and explaining all options/pricing - I even learned some new things. Jaz was also great, even while one of the machines glitched out over my piercings, lol. One of the best experiences I've had getting glasses in a LONG time. Plus they both have multiple nostril piercings, added bonus for me, hahaha. Thanks ladies - keep up the great work.

Jethan & Jaz are the "Dream Team Extraordinaire! They made every attempt to assist me, my eyes are just COMPLETELY bad!! Lol smh. I have to have them dilated. They tried everything to help me and they did it with kindness, professionalism, pleasantly, patiently, honestly AAAND they even stayed slightly after closing! I was terribly sad they were not able to help me and my "really bad-eye having-self!" Lol They even provided me with options. I lost my glasses and ran out of contacts. I came in to get something quickly so I could keep working and see to drive, only to find out my prescription was expired. As soon as I walked in Jethon instantly assured me I was going to be ok and got me in for an exam (last one of the day as I arrived right at closing time). Once my exam was complete he let me look at glasses and helped me make a selection. While I did that he had already placed my order for contacts and then was ready to help me get into glasses so I could see. Not only did he stay late to ensure I had everything I needed he did it with a smile. He is the example of customer service and continues to help and make me feel like I'm his only priority even though he's balancing other customers with the same level of service. I'll keep coming back because of Jethon. Thanks for having him on your team.

Appointment was a quick in and out. They scheduled me on the same day for the eye exam and it took less than 2 hrs from showing up to paying for a pair.
The glasses and lens are reasonably priced (I paid $150 per pair for a 7.5 prescription including exam), but they WILL force you to get two pairs at a time.
