I'm having a horrible experience with the staff at this location, I went in for my annual eye exam and was asked to try 10 day contacts in hopes that I would switch to them but I've decided to get the contacts I wanted. I've called been left on hold, called and been told I'd receive and call back and I've called and had no luck getting through, now the Dr has to change my prescription to what I originally wanted, well then do it. I shouldnt have to follow up behind y'all and I dont want to be in a relationship with y'all calling yall all the damn time. Smh sadly this staff is all US and I guess this is the best they can do! Do better! BTW the Dr was phenomenal! Update: 12/31/25 I was contacted by a target rep they were very professional. The Dr. rewrote my prescription and I came by and paid for my contacts as well as picked up my glasses. However my glasses has been sitting there and I hadn't received a call. I was told they called and left a message but they didn't call me - I've had the same number for 15 years and recently came in a filled out a form with my phone number on it. There are good staff there specifically a woman with Locs and glasses - but there is a bad apple she is the one who almost made me feel like walking out initially bc she was more concerned with having a conversation with someone else than servicing the only customer in the store (me) even yesterday she was very off putting. She's the one who wrote down a fake number for me and watched my glasses sit there for over two weeks. Get rid of her she's bad for business 1/2/25 upon getting my glasses home and wearing them I realized that my leases are very thick. I own several frames and have been wearing glasses since elementary school my perception does not warrant a coke bottle lense- but here we are. I called and spoke with Tracy who explained I'm in a standard lense as if that explains the issue my prescription has not increased and it doesn't warrant Coke bottle lenses if that's was the case I think I'd know that by now - it's as if they make them thick purposely so that you can upgrade but again terrible communication because I don't mind upgrading - but to give me these thick lenses then have me call just to go through everything again is such a poor use of both our time. The Chinese companies don't even do business this shady. I won't be back to this branch. Rating back to 1 star based off this.

The doctor was excellent, and the woman who performed my eye exam was also great. Unfortunately, the experience changed when ordering glasses. I wanted to use my own frame, which I understand carries no responsibility for the clinic. However, the staff member assisting me was curt, repeatedly pushed me toward buying new frames, and ultimately suggested I go to Walmart, which I found unprofessional. I later went to LensCrafters, where they had the same policy but explained my options respectfully and provided excellent service.

I went in today for a small repair on my frames, Mackenzie was super sweet, and fixed my glasses right away. I highly recommend her for all your glasses needs. Give this woman a raise ASAP!

I had a fantastic experience getting glasses at Target. From the start, everything went smoothly. I especially want to highlight the outstanding assistance I received from Tracy. Despite a few challenges, she was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful in getting my glasses ordered.

Dr. Keith Fishe was an absolute joy to work with! Clear explanations of what was going on with my eyes, the exam lady, was so sweet and let you know what to expect during each segment of exam, and top top it off with excellent check out and breakdown of insurance and what is covered and not covered! Mackenzie & Tracy were amazing, super PATIENT and knowledgeable about my plan and product prices/ offers. Doctor Keith was a Rockstar. Super informative and educational, I'm so happy I'll be able to see clearly again!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Pleasant experience with the doctor and staff. Was able to get an updated prescription and contact purchase. However, I developed bacterial pink eye the day after my appointment and being a couple weeks postpartum I have not been anywhere other than home and to this appointment. I just want to make sure in the future the measurement tools that come in contact with the eyes are cleaned because the correlation is too on the nose here.

Sin was so friendly and accommodating to us when we came in near the end of the day. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and wonderful to work with. Thank you Sin!
