Target Optical

I had a fantastic experience at Target Optical on North Druid Hills. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. The standout was the store manager, who took the time to thoroughly explain my insurance coverage. Instead of rushing through the process, they made sure I understood what was included in my plan. Everyone here was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The doctor was incredibly professional and took the time to explain each part of the eye exam in a way that was easy to understand. I felt like my concerns and lifestyle were truly considered in the recommendations made. This visit didn't feel like a routine appointment, it felt personalized and stress-free. If you're looking for a team that genuinely cares about your vision and your experience, I highly recommend Target Optical at North Druid Hills.

Andy did an amazing job assisting me with my stop-by appointment. He had great customer service, was very timely, and was very detailed in his explanations to my questions. I recommend anyone attempt to get Andy to provide service to them in the future.

After multiple bad experiences we will be finding a new provider for glasses and contacts. All three of my family members actually like Dr. Goh but it isn't guaranteed you see her, even if you specify. Today I came to check on my son's glasses which we ordered on Oct. 25. No call or text to let us know they were ready. (This is the second time we get not communication about eyewear that is ready). Another time, some of the staff don't really know the frame inventory and sent us to another location for the frame we wanted--- and that location told us it was indeed at Druid Hills. Today, I arrived at 9:00 am and waited 25 minutes for someone to show up and help me since it was closed. Phoned them ans got no answer. And the last visit my son had, the doctor was unhelpful when it came to contact lenses and told him to look up videos on the internet. Yes, the location was convenient but this practice is about volume and if you need serious optical care and support, it's best not to be a number here.

Previously, I was seeing Dr. Goh. Even though I made an appointment online with Dr. Goh, a different doctor saw me. It was a very anxious examination, and I was constantly told that my vision was getting much worse than before. But the truth is that the doctor didn't adjust the lens properly, so I couldn't see any letters through his adjustments. It never happened to me before. Finally, I was told that if I can see everything correctly, I don't need to see a retinal specialist to have my eyes checked... A very uncomfortable experience working with the new doctor. Be sure to call the place when making an appointment because you may not see the doctor you requested.

I had a very frustrating experience at Target Optical. I went in to get a pair of sunglasses with the default lenses, but the young woman who helped me clearly wasn't familiar with the process. She gave me solid brown lenses instead after a few weeks, with a very poor attitude and without any apology. When I checked my bill, I realized I was still charged extra for "subscription lenses," even though I only asked for the default ones. I called Target Optical many times, but almost no one ever picked up the phone. The only time someone did answer, they told me I would get a call back--but I never heard from them again. This poor service forced me to go back multiple times, only to find that the glasses I received were not what I originally wanted. Please avoid being helped by new and untrained staff here--customers should not have to pay for their mistakes. Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and follow-up.

Geselle adjusted 2 pairs of glasses for me today. She's adjusted my glasses several times before as well. She always provides this free service with a smile on her face and kind words (while multi-tasking taking care of other more important customers). Today she also schooled me on vision insurance and carriers! An added bonus I appreciated as an insurance agent. She's a huge asset to Target and appreciated by this customer.

Dr Goh was awesome. I was very comfortable talking to her during my exam. I hope she is there next year. The lady that helped me pick my glasses was terrific. She made sure the glasses matched me perfectly. I wish I had gotten her name. She gave 10 plus service. This Target optical is the best!

The worker Tiffany is literally why I'm leaving my current optical. She is so sweet and amazing. She is the sweetest and goes to the depths to help. We came in last minute due to contact issues and she made sure we didn't leave until we were happy with every question we had asked and it was right before closing. Tiffany we love you! And thank you for giving my son a coloring card .
