Dr. Bade was excellent. Very professional and also very communicative to our questions and concerns about our eye care. Also seems to be just a genuinely nice person. Also, Crystal and Chad provided excellent service with tending to us finding the perfect pair of glasses that we would be most comfortable with. Highly recommend this optical department at Target. Only issue is getting a hold of them by phone. Quite often there is no answer and the voicemail is full.

Bre was absolutely terrible with customer service. I called and she put me on a ten minute hold and when I walked into the optical department there wasn't a single client. She proceeded to hand me somebody else's glass and kept repeating if I wanted to remove my contacts. I proceeded to say no until the correct eye glasses are presented. She then opened the correct case but didn't display the glasses and repeated asked if they were the correct pair. Unnecessary passive aggressive attitude
